Sleep talks part 1

(George's POV)

I arrive at Karl's house and Karl greets me at the door.
"Hey Karl!" I say.
"Hey George, come in." Karl replies.

We go inside and Sapnap requests to play truth or dare and we all decide to play.

We all sit on Karl's bed with some snacks and start playing.
"Uhh George, truth or dare?" Sapnap asks as he starts the game.

"Dare." I say like I'm not afraid of anything.

"I dare you to call Dream and tell him you love him." Sapnap says with a smirk on his face.

As you may know Dream and I don't have the best relationship at the moment and he might say something stupid like call me a rude name, it I end up calling him because I'm not one to back down from a dare that easily.
"Hey Dream" I put the phone on speaker and everyone goes quiet trying to hear what Dream is going to say. "What do you need, George?" Dream responded in a slightly pissed voice. "I'm in a zoom meeting make it quick." He says with more of an attitude this time. "I love you Dream." I say and end the call with a giggle and everyone else giggles too.

"Quackity, truth or dare?" I ask Quackity.
"Truth." He responded.
"Who is your celebrity crush?" I say looking at him with i grin on my face.
"I've gotta go with Zac Efron." He says looking over at Karl then sapnap then back to the middle.

37 minutes later

We are now playing beer pong and I've had 4 shots of vodka, Karl sat out of beer pong, Sapnap had 2 shots and Quackity had 7, Quackity must be really bad at beer pong. About 7 minutes later we just drink voluntarily and get drunk but Karl isn't one for getting drunk much so he just shared some with Quackity. We finish drinking and order pizza for dinner and go up to Karl, Sapnap and Quackity's room, they set up a blow up mattress for me and we eat dinner in there while chatting with shameless playing on their tv in the background. Soon enough it reaches midnight and we decide to go to sleep.

"Goodnight guys" I say and they all say it back. I'm the first one to fall asleep like I always am. I start to dream about Dream shouting at me and hitting me and I start to mumble stuff in my sleep.
"no.. Dream.. s-stop.." I mumble while moving around in my sleep, of course Karl has to hear and he tells Quackity and Sapnap what he heard and gets worried but Quackity brushes it off as a nightmare and Sapnap doesn't hear because he fell asleep shortly after me.

The morning rolls around and we all wake up, I brush my hair and go to the kitchen for breakfast. Karl made pancakes, Quackity is in bed hungover and Sapnap is helping Karl with the pancakes.

(Karl's pov)

Last night before me and Quackity fell asleep I heard George sleep talk telling Dream to stop doing something. And now I'm worried about George but Quackity said it's probably just a nightmare that George had so I tried to get over it but I just couldn't. George has been my friend since 5th grade.

"Sapnap can you try and get Quackity out of bed for breakfast, George come have some pancakes" I says serving up some pancake onto plates. I want to bring up what George said last night in his sleep but I didn't want him to feel weird about it, plus, what if it was just a nightmare?
Sapnap comes back downstairs and says he couldn't get Quackity out of bed so to put Quackity's pancakes in the fridge for later. We all finish our breakfast and George packs his stuff to go back home in 20 minutes and I follow him up to my room while he is packing and ask him about what he said last night. He goes silent.
