(urgh it's been so damn long since I've done this)
He softly smiles at me before leaving, he should've told me, idiot.
The door closes with another click, i hate the clicking.
And as my eyes scan the room, it lands onto a book, innocently laying on the table next to me,

It read, interesting. I heard it's good, I reach out to it, only to realize, my arms don't reach. I hate IV drips. I see the small red button aswell, on the table, if I click it Katsuki or whatever his name was will come here, why not just click it?
Click.
I press it, almost a solid ten seconds later, the door opens, and the blonde isn't there? It's some red head. I wanted to see blondie, anyway, she asks me,
"do you require anything sir?"
She has an irritating voice, I would've preferred the blondie's.
"yeah, uh, can you get me that book? I can't reach it-"
"oh, I'm so sorry sir, this book was supposed to be delivered to another ward."
And with that she grabs the book, and leaves.
Who does she think she is huh? That blondie would've been so much better, instead of being oversmart like her, he would've given me the book.
She comes back in again.
"is there anything else you require sir?"
I sigh.
"where's Katsuki? He was here like, what? Ten or fifteen minutes ago"
"he's having his lunch, would you like to talk to him?"
Does she think I'm dumb? It's 6 pm. Who eats lunch at 6?
"yeah, send him here if you can."
I sound so dumb. Actually, she's dumb, making dumb excuses.
Then she leaves. Finally. She should know how annoying she is, one day someone might tell her.
|timeskip to like five minutes later?|
She's so slow. Why can't she call him faster, the door opens, revealing blondie, Katsuki. He looks uncomfortable, somewhat disturbed, he doesn't even make an effort to hide it, he speaks up,
"you asked for me, sir?"
"where were you?" I just ask directly
His eyes go down to the floor.
"we both know damn well you weren't just eating lunch at 6pm. Speak up. Katsuki."
He blinks before saying,
"I was at one of the senior doctor's office."
"why is that?"
"he's pissed at me," he just says simply
"why? Because you put like 0.1 milligrams more medicine in my oatmeal and I noticed? Tell him from me he's a git."

A small smile appears on his lips,
I chuckle, smiles are contagious, now I know.
"it's time for your meds sir"
"oh? Yeah, okay."
He nods before walking to the desk again and grabs pills, and gives them to me, along with water.
(okay no thanks i'll leave this on a cliffhanger I have no idea how to continue this 😭)
