Alhaitham's POV

I'm really happy today. Guess what?
Well, well.... I saw Kaveh's face early in the morning. He's indeed pretty while sleeping....

I've been wondering what he likes for breakfast specially he's pregnant and unpredictable to say what he likes.

I wrap my arms to his waist cares his womb which is not totally that big yet but it gets big than before.

"Haitham?" Oh.. Kaveh woke up!

"Yes?" -me

He smiled and hugged me. "I want some bacon today" he said so i get up and go to the kitchen to cook for him.

"Alright" -me

After i cooked some food for us. I get my latest book i bought yesterday but Kaveh snatched it.

"Don't... Please make time for me.. you've been reading since yesterday." -he said with a puppy eyes.

I smiled at him and come to realization.

"Alright what do you want to talk?" -me with a sweet voice to him...

He suddenly pressed his lips to mine so i kiss him back... We passionately kiss a little longer... Til' i didn't notice my hand goes down to his pants...

"Right there daddy~ i guess your long fingers is more suitable with this than turning the pages of your books" Kaveh said and kiss me again, i couldn't resist! Damn!

For a moment we stop cause someone knocked at the door.

I opened and it was... Cyno and Nari...

"Tighnari!" Kaveh shouted happily and run towards Nari

"Careful Kav" Tighnari said also hug my wife.

Yes its been a long time since Kaveh go to work and go outside the house... Me as well.. im so busy taking care of him and don't want him to leave him alone here at house.

"Why are u guys here?" -me

"Looks like we're not welcome!" Said by Cyno in a serious tone..

"Come on its not like that... I thought you guys were so busy so just curious what's the event?" -me

"You forgot it! Kaveh will hate you" -Cyno said to me but Nari and Kaveh didn't hear cause they're both in the kitchen preparing something....

Anyways... Did i miss something? Kaveh will hate me? No... Uhm...

"What is it?" I whispered to Cyno

"Kaveh's Birthday." -Cyno.

Sh*t! I forgot! All of the events why Kaveh's Birthday is the one i forgot!

I panicked but i try to be calm...

I go to the kitchen and hug Kaveh at the back...

"Haitham I'm cooking... Lets talk later okay?" He said and smiled at me

Is he mad now? But it dosen't look like tho.

After they prepare...

Kaveh finally go to our room so i followed him. I lock the dood and hug him at the back...

"Hey~" i whispered to his ear

"Yes?" -Kaveh

"Baby HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" i said with a soft voice..

He looked at me and smiled...

"Thank you Dadyy~" He said and we passionately kissed.

After that we go outside and Tighnari get the cake and we sing happy birthday to Kaveh... He blows the Candle and both Cyno and Nari guve their gifts...

Cyno gift was a perfume... And Tighnari gift was Bracelet

I also have gift for him.... You might guess j forgot but why do I have a gift... Well tbh i really do forgot but this day is the day i already planned since last week.

I go near Kaveh and make him look at me

"I-I also have something." -me

"Hoh?" -Cyno with raising his one eyebrow

"Hm? What is it?" - Kaveh

KAVEH'S POV
I Got excited all of sudden when Alhaitham says he has something for me. I thought he forgot my birthday but... I don't think so...

I was shocked when he kneeled over me and pull out a small box and open it, it has a ring...

"KAVEH, YOU WILL MARRY ME!" He said and I almost burst out of Laugh.... Jeez! This guy!

"I will Daddy" -me

He put the ring to my hand and hug me...

"I Love You Kaveh"

"I Love You Too Alhaitham"
