It was dark around me and I was asleep in my old bedroom. I tried to move, get up but I could not. I could see a shadow lurking at the door. I tried to call out to him. But he just kept walking towards me. It was dark but I could see the gleam of the blade, and the fear that gripped me had me paralysed. "Please..... stop..... don't" I tried yelling but nothing came out.

I was suddenly brought back to reality and I could see Mr. Anand hovering over me.

"Are you okay? You were trying to say something?" he asked with concern.

"I had a nightmare. I am sorry. It's the stress of travelling." I brushed it off not wanting to further discuss it. I could not tell him..... No.

"Do you want to eat something? We are a few hours away. The stewardess tried to wake you up but you were snoring" he said with a straight face.

"I do not snore." I said narrowing my eyes at him.

"You do and it's cute." He said.

I just gave him an awkward smile and I tried to hid my cheeks. I had been called cute, pretty sometimes hot but when he said it so off handedly, like he was used to calling me cute, I could not stop the flush in my cheeks. Yes ...I was attracted to my boss, who wouldn't ? His dark brown eyes and those shoulders were swoon worthy.

But this was it, the attraction ended there. I would not indulge him. I wasn't ready yet.

"Here is your meal" I was glad for the intrusion. I quickly popped in my earphones and started listening to music.

He made me nervous and jittery like I was back in high school. I was going through a few unread messages when the captain announced that we would be landing at Heathrow. I was excited to be back to a place which had bittersweet memories.

"Once we check-in ask Jackson to come over. We need to go through a few things before the meetings tomorrow." Mr Anand said as he buckled up.

"Will do. I have scheduled the meetings from 10. I have sent you the details."

"I don't want to go over it right now. Just brief me once Jackson is here."

"Sure." I said. This was going to be a long day. I quickly sneaked a glance at him, he was going through a document, completely engrossed, his hair was flopping down over his forehead.

Sighing I looked away. Rohit screamed trouble and I had enough on my plate.

We had an uneventful landing and we were escorted through immigration. A car was waiting for us to be taken to the service apartment the company kept here. I quickly sent Jackson a text so that he would arrive on time.

I quickly rechecked the details for tomorrow's meetings and mentally made a check list of all the important documents we needed.

"Can you stop stressing over it?" he asked me as if I was being ridiculous.

"I just want to be sure that everything goes well tomorrow so that we can deal with the problems as soon as possible."

"Don't you like my company in this beautiful city? Are you trying to run back home?" he asked.

"No, I wasn't." I quickly replied. He was at it again, trying to get a reaction out of me. Rolling my eyes at him I looked out the window. I was in for an adventure for the next few days.
