As Seacra, Almas, and Creetan approached with Ulec, Lady Alixia's eyes narrowed with disapproval. "Why have you brought more humans here, Seacra? Have you forgotten the danger they pose?"

Seacra shifted uncomfortably and grunted but stood her ground.

Ulec stepped forward, his voice determined. "They are our friends Mother. Not to mention the Aguerius family has always been faithful in protecting us. They came seeking help against the Lich Lords. The King asked Lord Aguerius to seek assistance from the elves."

Meanwhile Lord Aguerius, his expression a mix of relief and confusion, embraced his sons. "I'm glad you're safe, but why aren't you back at home?"

Creetan quickly explained their journey and the danger they faced to their father as Ulec explained to his mother the human peoples need.

Lady Alixia's tone was curt. "Indeed, we have our own battles to fight, but I am too occupied with other tasks right now to deal with destroying the Lich Lords right now."

Lord Aguerius, undeterred, tried to persuade her. "But your lands are also threatened, once we fall they will turn their eyes on you. We need to unite against this common enemy."

Lady Alixia scoffed, "Your affairs are not my concern. I will deal with the Lich Lords in my own time."

Before Lord Aguerius could respond, Ulec stepped in, his voice respectful but firm. "Lord Aguerius, the Elvish Kingdom really isn't in a position to help at the moment. It would be best to return Almas and Creetan to a safe place before Seacra's magic wanes."

Reluctantly, Lord Aguerius agreed. He knew he couldn't force an alliance, and his sons' safety was his priority. He bid Lady Alixia farewell and thanked Ulec for his help.

As they made their way back to the cave leading to human lands, Almas couldn't help but feel a sense of disappointment. He had hoped for an alliance between the humans and elves, but it seemed it was not to be.

However, he was grateful for Ulec's presence and the friendship they had formed. As they crossed the threshold back to human lands, Almas knew that their journey was far from over, but he also knew that he had gained a true friend in the elf boy named Ulec.
