A few months have passed and it was finally time to leave home. Morgan even came over to see me drive away. "Here" it was a little wooden box with a big green bow,(my favorite color) "I was going to give this to you after we got our diplomas but, now is as good a time as ever, I guess."
"Thank you so much Morgan" I started to open it when she slammed it shut.
"Wait until you get there!" She chuckled as a tear fell from her eye.
My brother walked up and started giving me a lecture of responsibilities. "Remember, your the youngest one there so be careful!...funny, I somehow knew you would get into college before me." I am going to miss him terribly! My parents were no help at all. They walked up to me and started crying a river down our driveway. It took what felt like a hour to calm them down and remind them that the college was only a 1 hour drive from our house. I was going to come back every holiday, but it felt strange not driving home after every school day.
After only last group hug from everyone. I got in my car and started driving to the next four years of my life.
{Time Warp}
I arrive at the school, and all I could see were banners coved in big bold letters "W-e-l-c-o-m-e" they read. I walked around and was greeted by people that were handing out their sorority fliers. As I entered the girls dorm, I realized that Jeremy made sure that each girl felt comfortable here. The walls were painted with a bright neon pink with purple and blue butterfly stickers EVERYWHERE! It looked like unicorn attempted tagging in here! I bet the boys dorm was covered in skulls and skateboards with black walls. I went up to the girls registration desk to check in and get my room keys. After I stated my name, the secretary told me that my two room mates already checked in. I was so nervous since this was my very first experience with room mates. 'I wonder if this will be like Zoey 101?' Was the only thought that went threw my childish mind. I finally reached the room I will be spending the next four years of my life in. I pushed in the key, unlocked the door, and slowly pushed it open.
