It's everything
And nothing
A spiked heartbeat
Blood rushing
It's a straight arrow
Piercing the heart
The kid in pigtails
With a shopping cart
It's screaming into a void
But never being heard
Nothing but
A noisy caged bird
It's drowning
In a violent sea
Tossing and turning
Too stubborn to agree
It's white hot flames
Red searing your vision
Flaring nostrils
And stupid decisions
The lightning gone
The storm out of sight
Only hurt and betrayal
Even after the fight
This is one of the first poems Ive ever written so sorry if it's not that good. I'm working on getting better haha
