The Land of Wonder

Chapter 2

I sat up quickly, and the rabbit waved then pointed at his watch playfully. I quickly climbed down the tree and ran over to him.

"Alice! I've been trying to get your attention for weeks! Why were you locked up?" He inquired.

"That's not important. What's wrong? Is wonderland okay?" I asked, concerned.

"Oh yes, everything, and everyone is perfect. I've just missed you so much..." He said, smiling sheepishly.

I smiled and patted his head.

"Can I come back, rabbit? Please? I absolutely have to." I asked, desperately.

"I had a feeling you might say that." he grinned.

"Wait here." I instructed him, before taking off to my sister.

I pulled her up and dragged her over to the rabbit.

"Alice, where on Earth are we going?" She asked running along with me.

"Not Earth, Lorina, Wonderland." I said, rushing to the white rabbit.

She gave me a confused look, as the rabbit took off. We hurriedly followed him to the big hole. He hopped into it, disappearing.

"Alice! What the bloody hell? All we did was follow a dumb rabbit to his hole!" She said, frustrated.

I rolled my eyes and leaped into the hole, grabbing her hand. I laughed as we fell, and she screamed. The jars, couches, beds, and all the miscellaneous items floated around us. We finally landed on the roof, upside down, then dropped to the floor. I grabbed the key and the bottle labeled drink me. I took a sip, and instantly shrunk. When my sister spotted me, she screamed. I pointed to the bottle on the table, and watched as she drank it and shrunk down, leaving us in our under dresses. I unlocked the door, and my sister gasped at the beautiful land before us.
