𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐖𝐎𝐊𝐄 𝐔𝐏 𝐓𝐎 𝐇𝐄𝐑 phone buzzing against her cheek. She looked at her phone and Marli had called her thirteen times. "What the fuck?" Tori cursed under her breath. She immediately called her cousin back. "Hey Marli everything okay?"She softly rasped. "I'm outside and the door is locked!" She yelled. Marli had planned to come to Victoria's house after she was done helping her mom at her boutique. Victoria had hopes to take a power nap and didn't wake up to her alarm. "Shit Marli i'm sorry my heart here I come." She quickly got up.
Victoria opened the door to a very irritated looking Marlise on the other side. "Hey my baby " Tori said. " Hello miss Jimenez." She said chuckling. "Girl what are you on about now?" Victoria said walking in to her kitchen whilst Marli trailed behind her. "Oh nothing.. y'all just would be cute to me. You spoken to him?" She asked her while Victoria pulled a bag of grapes out of her refrigerator. "Yeah a couple times.. But you know i'm not looking for a relationship or anything right now. I just want paz.. Solo paz. I don't know if Ddot is peace just yet. Even as friends." She said feeling kind of sad. "Yeah I know but I just love the way y'all love each other without knowing y'all love each other. " She said. "Girl you dead don't even know what you talking about. " She said chuckling.
Meanwhile the three dumbasses were having there own conversation.. "So you don't think she jackin' ya' being friends?" DD asked the troubled boy. "Yeah bro like she dub most of my calls and flake on me every time I try to chill with ha'" He said. Now.. Victoria really was not trying to do this to Darrian she just always caught her self expecting the worse from people. "Well honestly bro you can't expect her to just accept you after all that.. it takes some time. Like the typa' nigga I was Marlise took about 4 months to get comfortable with me.. and we still not together." He said giving him an example. "Yeah maybe you right.." He said. "But look though to me it seem like you want to be more than friends with Tori.." Notti said raising his eyebrows a bit. "Nah i'm not looking for nothing right now" He said. Ddot didn't know if he meant it or not. I mean he wouldn't be complaining if Tori and him got together or something.. He just knew that he hated how he made her feel before.
"Would I be crazy if I show up to her house?" He asked. "Let me come she definitely with Marli right now.. acting like she can't text a nigga back bro word to." DD said getting up.

Victoria and Marli jumped to a bang at the door. "Oh my god do you think the police found out we be on omegle?"Marli asked with her eyes wide. "No tonta eso no es ilegal" She said. "Yo open the door it's hot as fuck" Ddot groaned. "Oh shit bitch it's Ddot.. what do I do?" She questioned looking around. "Um open the door?" Marli got up from the couch and opened it. "hola David te ves guapo" She said smiling. "Don't hola David me. Why haven't you texted me back in 3 hours?" He said. Ddot walked in tuning them out. "Hey Dari.." Tori said softly. "Wassup.. You good?" He asked. He was genuinely concerned and he's never been genuinely concerned about a female. "Mhm im okay.. Are you?" She asked. She honestly felt bad. "Yeah mama always." He said. Ddot always called Victoria names like that.. So why was she so excited about it now? "Can I talk to you though?" He asked. "Yeah" She said walking him up the stairs to her room.
"What you want to talk about?" She asked shutting the door. "Why you been dubbing almost all my calls Tori?" He semi-yelled. Tori got a little startled by Ddot towering over her. "Woah there big guy.." She said thinking he was joking. No response. "I'm sorry.. I didn't think it would affect you this much. I just.. I.." Tori stuttered. "I'm scared." She said simply. "Scared of what though ma? I'm the same person I was before.. Is it the guns and shit? 'Cause I promise you I would never let anything happen to you." He said. "No no no it's not that, I just don't want to get my feelings hurt so bad.." She lied.. How do you tell your best friend that you're scared of being around him because you might have feelings for him? You can't. Her throat felt dry and her eyes too. " Victoria.. I'm not going to hurt your feelings. I just want my friend back." He said. 'Friend.. Right.' Victoria thought to herself. "Well i'm here now Ddot." She said. " I'm sorry you know how I be getting." She added. "It's all good that's in the past." He said pulling her in with his arm around her neck. She smelled him while she could. Ddot looked around her room. Nostalgia. "Damn you haven't touched your room at all huh?" He asked her while they let go of each other. "Nah, I still like it how it is." She laughed.
The rest of that night all Ddot and Tori did was catch up and laugh. Tori really felt at home.
