How to actually shift

This is the hard part , how to prepare yourself .
Step one- writing your script, your script must have everything you need , don't break it down , you need to write every single detail. Write where your session begins, how the day progresses , who you talk to and more.
Step two- Organise on a calendar or app when you are going to try and shift. Don't try every night- take breaks, I shift every three nights.
Step three- Get a strategy or make one that works for you. Some strategies is the raven method, the pillow method, in your arms method , Alison wonderland method , raindrop method and many more. Your strategy requires heaps of research.
Step four- Find a subliminal, I would suggest finding them on YouTube or Spotify.
Step five- Make yourself some reassuring phrases (eg- I will shift to my desired reality)
Step six- Have equipment (eg- headphones , water bottle etc)

Step 1. Read over your script =.
Step 2- turn on your subliminal.
Step 3- start your method
Step 4- say your reassuring phrases repeatedly.
Step 5- Focus. You can do it.
SYMPTOMS YOU ARE SHIFTING
While shifting
Whilst you have your eyes closed , they will start to blink.
You could start to feel like your floating.
Your bed could feel like it's moving or shaking.

Ears ringing
Headaches
Seeing things that remind you of your dr.
