Authors note : well...um I've realised I need to be nicer to you guys and I have kinda neglected y'all so I apologise for that and hope this will help you forgive me *gunshot sound *
Silence dawned the room .The only audible thing that could be heard were muffled sniffles from the two man and Shibuki sighing once in awhile aggrieved. "Guys I get it your friend died but he surely wouldn't want you guys rotting away like this", Shibuki blandly stated eyes drifting between the two corpses. Shibuki sighed again annoyed "Well then..." the brunette trailed off pursing her lips in annoyance. Why she had stayed with these bozos was simply because of Arisu's intelligence but seeing the man idle away new thoughts formed in her mind . Seeing the raven haired waste his intelligence the brunette couldn't help but feel angered .
Angered at the thought that a mere death could shake him up so much to the point of suicide .Angered at the gnawing feeling at her chest when she realised that Chota had not survived . Angered at the amount of confusion of the current situation . Angered at herself for depending too much on this little group so she did what she normally did when she was confused .
She simply left.
Hearing the door slam Arisu sluggishly lifted his head to stare at the slammed door . He was not shocked to see the brunette leave neither was the blonde . Silence once again swept into the room .
"Arisu I'm sorry ", Karube mumbled extracting a sigh from the raven haired."It's not your Karube ", Arisu replied feeling his heart twinge as he answered. "It's the game masters fault ", Arisu mumbled opting to comfort the blonde than feeling so empty . "Shibuki is right though Chota wouldn't want to see us like this ", Arisu hummed wincing as he stretched his muscles .Staring down at his stilled best friend Arisu could only close his eyes as a new wave of tears threatened to fall out .
"We have I think one more day on our visa Karube Chota wouldn't want us to waste his ...", Arisu sighed finishing his sentence "sacrifice ". "And we need more food ", Arisu continued making his way towards the corpse like blond . "Let's live on for Chota hmm?", Arisu croaked out flashing the blonde a comforting smile which slightly quivered as a new stream of tears flooded down his cheeks. "Can we continue living for Chota?", Arisu croaked out lightly chuckling while rubbing the blonds back .
"I can try ", Karube whisperd trembling ."And go find a game to piss the game master even more for not breaking just like they wanted us to ", Arisu grinned watching his friend resurrect from the dead ignoring the gnawing feeling carved in his chest . "Damn those game masters", Karube rasped tears trinkling down his cheeks . "Exactly Karube!", Arisu giggled nudging the blondes shoulder who casted him a thankful glance . "Your welcome", Arisu smiled which the blonde returned feeling a weight has been lift off his shoulders .
And just like that the two man left the
shopping centre one of them walking away with a new sense of determination and the other slightly empty almost as if a significant piece of himself had been lost and there was no way of retrieving that piece back ."Look a billboard", Karube said pointing towards the big billboard flashing the words game venue accompanied with a little arrow . "Let's go?", Karube suggested which the raven haired solemnly nodded to following the blond. Sooner or later the duo arrived to a high school. "A diamond game?", Arisu mumbled tugging on the loose threads on his worn out shirt
"Sounds interesting," Karube replied, a hint of excitement in his voice. They had never played a diamond game before, but it was worth a shot if it meant passing the time and getting one step closer to escaping their new reality
