Danny woke the next day and turned on his phone, fearing the worst. He looked and saw he had no new messages. Feeling dejected, he reread the message he had sent last night.

"Hey, my flight was good thank you. I need to tell you something, and I'm so sorry that I haven't been honest with you. Things just spiralled and spiralled and before I knew it we were in so deep. I'm a man. Or at least, I was at some point. Since I met you, my life has changed in ways I never thought possible. You've allowed me to see my life from a whole different angle and I can't thank you enough. You've allowed me to see who I truly am. I am Danielle and I am transgender. I hope you don't hate me for not telling you earlier, and I hope you can forgive me and we can continue our relationship. xx"

As he re read the message, he felt maybe he shouldn't have come clean. He was upset at the prospect of ruining the only thing resembling a relationship he'd ever had.

He tried to fall back to sleep to forget about the whole thing, when he heard his phone buzz.

"Hey Danielle. Sorry for the late reply I have only just woken up. Thank you for being honest with me. I can't say I'm surprised. I could tell from your pictures that your body wasn't quite that of a woman, but that never bothered me. I was still attracted you and still am. I enjoyed speaking to you as much as I did looking at you. Of course we can continue our relationship. I hope we can maybe meet up and speak for real. Are you free today? xx"

Danny's eyes lit up. This was better than he ever could have imagined. He raced out of bed and knocked on Ruby's door, keen to tell her the news.

"Danny? Sorry I mean Danielle, still getting used to that. What's up?"

He filled her in on the messages that were exchanged, and she was delighted for him. She could clearly see Danny's excitement.

"You know what this means don't you? You need to get ready today to meet him! Get yourself in the shower ASAP, we need to get you a makeover."

The next few hours flew by in a whirlwind of makeup brushes, straighteners, dresses and shoes, as Ruby helped Danny tart himself up to meet the mystery man.

"I wonder what he looks like?" asked Ruby. "What if he's really old?!"

"No he's young, I can tell from his messages. I know it" replied Danny.

"So, can I ask. Obviously you are transgender, but... are you like... are you into men? I've known you for nearly a year now and never seen you with a woman... so just asking! Either way is fine with me."

Danny pondered for a second. The truth was he didn't know. The more that Danielle had been growing in him, the less interested he had found himself in women. He hadn't given much thought to men, but now that he did, he felt a slight stirring from his panties.

"No comment" he replied to Ruby, and she smirked and accepted his response.

After a few hours, Danny was finally ready.

His long hair was straightened and framed his beautifully made up face. He wore a black midi dress that hugged his body tightly, and a pair of black heeled boots to match. He grabbed his white Prada handbag to complete his look and stood in front of Ruby for her verdict.

"Perfect" she said "You look beautiful. I'm so proud of you."

Danny left the flat feeling full of confidence. Whichever way the meeting went, he knew he was stepping into the rest of his life.

He arrived at the coffee shop where he had arranged to meet his sugar daddy. He was a little early, so ordered a coffee and sat by the window. A few minutes passed. Then some more. He became increasingly dejected, worried that the man was going to be a no show.

Then he felt a tap on his shoulder.

"Danielle?"

Danny turned and saw a tall, handsome man standing there. He was probably in his late 30s, and wore a well fitted navy suit. Danny was taken aback by how impressive he looked.

"Yes" he replied nervously.

"Just as beautiful in person as you are in your pictures" he said as he leaned in and kissed Danny on the cheek. "My name is James".

The two chatted for hours, in fact until the coffee shop had to close. They emerged on the street and Danny was gutted that they couldn't keep their meet up going. That was until James suggested something.

"My place is only a few streets away. If you'd like to keep chatting, we can go back to mine."

Danny couldn't think of anywhere he'd rather be. He nodded in agreement, and linked his arm through James's as they started to walk back to his apartment.
