Harper's P.O.V
"I am so ready to be on the beach." Brooklyn sighed from across the hall, shutting her locker. "I need to get away from my family as soon as possible."
I jumped a little as the locker next to me slammed shut to reveal Avery's dark brown hair. "I can't believe your parent even agreed to let you come." Avery snorted back at Brook. I roll my eyes, grabbing the last of my stuff from my locker. 'It's hard to believe that the school year is already over.'
Avery started waving frantically and I turn in that direction to see Austin walking our way.
"Who's ready for this summer of pure awesomeness!" He asked as the other two started jumping in excitement. (idk I lost my flow lol)
I finished cleaning out my locker, shutting the door to it. I stared at it, realizing just how close I am to never seeing these bland lockers again. All the memories that I've gained from my years in school were about to be over and to say I'm not ready, would be a huge understatement.
My thoughts wandered to Henry and I slowly started wondering whether or not he's packed yet because usually, I have to remind him to. I swear that boy forgets everything he's ever told when his mind is clouded with excitement. I pulled my phone out and tapped the screen, typing out the text.
Did you pack?
Henry's P.O.V
I shoved my last tee shirt into my duffle bag and collapse on my bed.
"You finally done?" Tj asks, not even looking up from the game on his phone.
"Have you even packed?" I retorted, throwing one of my pillows at him. Laughing when it hits him square in the face making him lose his game.
"Dude!" He threw his hands in the air, shooting me a death glare from his place across the room. "I was so close to winning that."
"You can always play at the resort." I rolled my eyes, grabbing my buzzing phone from the stand. "If you don't pack, you won't be going anywhere."
"You sound like your sister." TJ grumbled, standing up and moving to grab his bags to start packing them. I answered the texts from my sister and watched TJ pack. "How do you have so many of my clothes?"
"Because you constantly leave them here."

"Why are you being like this, Wesley?" I shouted. I could feel the anger pulsing through my veins as I stared at the man in front of me. "You're acting like a dick."
"Maybe you should've mentioned that Brooklyn was coming on the trip." He snapped, not sparing me a second glance. "You know I don't like her and you invited me anyways knowing she was coming with."
"What is your problem with Brooklyn?" I exclaimed, throwing my arms in the air in defeat. "You've had it out for her ever since football season ended."
Wesley didn't answer me as he continued packing his bags and I understood that I wasn't getting an answer from him any time soon. I scoffed, shaking my head in disbelief.
"When you're done acting like a child, you know where to find me."
Oliver's P.O.V
"Bro, there is going to be so many hot girls there." Parker smirked, leaning against the doorframe of my bathroom. "Maybe I can get a chance with that hot cousin of yours."
"Ew." I grimaced in disgust. "If that's your way of talking about women, you aren't gonna get anywhere this summer. With any of them."
Parker remained silent, his watchful eyes following my every movement and I hated it. I couldn't stand when someone stared at me. Something about it aggravated me to no end.
"Don't you have somewhere else to be?" I asked, turning to face my best friend. "Like packing your own bags?"
Parker shrugged, his arms folded tightly over his chest as he stared at me. "I already packed. I couldn't help it."
"Yeah well, go continue packing and stop staring at me." I waved him away, watching him snort before turning to walk away. "And maybe try to think of other ways to describe women, bro!"
"Fuck you!"

That's the end of the prologue. We tried writing it so you could have a glimpse into each character and them getting ready to go on the vacation. Sorry it bounced around from P.O.V.'s, we promise that the next couple of chapters will remain in one POV.
Thank you for reading this far! We hope you enjoy the book.
Love,
Becca and Casey ❤️
