Kakashi stared at the three files that laid out in front of him.

Naruto Uzumaki: worst in the class, loud and obnoxious, but he held the nine tailed fox.

Sasuke Uchiha: the last Uchiha, said to be one of the top students, and is always seen around Sakura.

Now the last file really intrigued him for many reasons.

Sakura Haruno: Top of the class, broody, serious, very odd hair, and oddly shares some common traits with the Uchiha.

The Hokage had to be joking, but he heard no laughter nor any funny remarks. "This is your team. It is your mission to make Team 7 into the powerhouses of this generation, but also to make them into a family," the Hokage stated. "Also on a more solemn note Kakashi," he stated as he pointed to one of the files, "Keep an eye on this one, I have a bad feeling."

"So why don't we introduce each other?" He asked with a smile on his face. As the three genin stood closer to him, he took the opportunity to analyze. Naruto was clearly uncomfortable with the other two, heck he dared not even look their way. Sasuke on the other hand, stood closer to girl and seemed more at ease but a bit tense. Now Sakura seemed different. She seemed prideful, dressed a little odd, hair was freakishly long, and her chakra levels were a little higher than he expected. He cleared his throat and flashed a smile under his mask. He was going to enjoy this more than he thought he would. "Why don't we start with," he paused and looked at the three, "Sasuke Uchiha, lead the way."

"My name is Sasuke Uchiha," he started and stood straight , "I hate a lot of things and I don't particularly like anything. What I have is not a dream, because I will make it a reality. I'm going to restore my clan and destroy a certain someone." Kakashi slowly blinked and watched as Naruto scooted away a few more inches from the duo. He looked at the long haired genin and watched as she only raised one solemn eyebrow at the introduction. "Okay, moving on. The obnoxiously loud one, you're next," he stated and watched as Naruto looked around. Silence settled on the group as no genin made the effort to move. "Naruto that would be you, you idiot," Sasuke muttered and Kakashi watched as the blond scowled.

"You act so high and mighty but what if you're the loudly obnoxious one, never thought of that did you!" Naruto screamed and Sasuke scowled. He took a step towards the blond but stopped as he heard her voice. "Sasuke, don't be foolish," Sakura stated and suddenly moved. Kakashi's lonesome eyes widened as she picked up Naruto by the collar of his suit and brought him near her. "Now if you would hurry up, you're wasting my time by spewing nonsense," she stated and watched as naruto's face reddened then paled. "Now, now, if we could not threaten each other that would be great," Kakashi replied with a slight edge to his tone. Sakura only raised one eyebrow at the man, and he swore he had never felt inferior by a small action.

"My name is Sakura Haruno," she said as she dropped Naruto and dusted off her gloves, "I hate a lot of things that waste my time and I don't particularly like anything. My reality is to avenge my parents, so that there can be peace," she stated, and Kakashi watched as Sasuke slowly stood by her side. 'Like a dog to its owner,' he thought and looked to the blond. " I'm Naruto Uzumaki... I like ramen.... I'm gonna be the Hokage," he muttered and looked down. The Hokage was right, Kakashi suddenly understood.

He really had no clue how they managed to pass, but he did discover many things. Naruto Uzumaki could be the bridge between the team. He was a ray of sunshine, always had hope. Sasuke Uchiha was a genin with a lot of potential, but Sasuke was stubborn to a point. Kakashi would not mind taking Sasuke under his wing, not at all. Now Sakura, her skills did not match see description. Her arsenal of fire jutsu was if not way better than some of the young Uchihas Kakashi could remember. She did not hesitate to jump into combat with him. The way she moved with confidence on the field, the force she dealt with some of the blows on his clone. There he knew one thing.

Sakura Haruno could be one of the greatest kunoichi of her generation, or she can be a monster.
