2months later

Time was going by so fast.

Tom had arranged the wedding to be in Greece a week before he proposed to me.

In my opinion, he was going quite fast with all of this but who am I to stop him.

"Let's go , you don't want to be late to your fitting appointment now do you?" Phinny was rushing around trying to put everything together.

"Phinny please calm down a bit, I just need to slip on my sandals and we're good to go, we have a whole week until the wedding"

"EXACTLY , that's why you need to figure out your dress today!"

I huffed.

I have never seen Phinny drive this fast, she was always serious about weddings but I didn't expect her to be this serious about things.

"You and Tom have dated for , what 2 years now? This is really special, I'm starting to wonder when is Gus gonna get together and pop the question!" She says as she aggressively spins the wheel to turn to the dress store.

The dresses were all so beautiful, thankfully this specific store had maternity dresses too.

"So first up we have this lovely mermaid style dress with a train and pearls along the beads across it"

I got out of the changing rooms and twirled infront of Phinny.

"UGH I LOVE IT " she got up and clapped.

"Ehh I think I should wear one that's a bit more free around the legs , I mean I am 6 months pregnant"

Phinny tilts her head.

"Fair enough, can we get this but in a more free version around the legs? Thanks"

The woman scurried over with another dress for me to try on.

This was the dress, it was comfortable , beautiful and I just loved it.

"Phinny this is it" i said behind the curtain.

"Well come out then! Let me see!"

The woman pulled the curtain for me to come out and Phinny couldn't be more amazed with me.

"Yes , now that's the one"

I twirled in it one last time before I had to take it off and pay.

"Alright next up is the hair salon, your in need a haircut" I gasped.

"Are you saying my hair is starting to look scruffy?" She laughs and shakers head.

"Pfft , no Tina , what I'm saying is you should change your hairstyle , get a layered blowout or something" she waves her hands around.

"Ahh ok , I'll probably get a layered blowout"

The hair salon was just on the other side of the street.

"Hey there! What can I do for you today?"

I plopped on the chair.

"Can I just get a layered blowout ? Something simple but unique you know?" The lady nodded and worked her magic on my hair.

"When are you due ? " she asked.

"Around August" i respond.

"Not long then"

"Nope , just a little bit more"

The scissors snipped my hair away, the little pieces flowing onto the white tiles.
