After being reprimanded by Rimuru, the people of the elemental nation lowered their heads once more. Even though they know it wasn't their fault and that it happened years before they were even born the guilt of not being able to do the right thing until recently haunts them.
The constant and never-ending war that took place in their world is proof of that even though they are at peace for now. Even then they can't help but be vigilant of one another. They are also aware that peace is simply the preparation for the next war.
Even if they don't fight among themselves there will be a time when they have to face a stronger opponent such as Otsutsuki's. They have to prepare for that day. The smartest choice in this situation is to cooperate with Tempest and learn to harness power like them.
Kakashi's POV:
After listening to the leader here. We know that it is our fault for not being able to create peace in our world. The history of war in our world dates back thousands of years. Even before humanity got chakra and before the ninja system. The sage has told us before giving chakra to the humans there was still conflict. That is why he preached the way of Ninshu in which people can use chakra to protect themselves not to harm others.
The world we live in has undergone drastic changes in the recent century. After Hashirama became the first Hokage and established the village with his arch-rival Madara Uchiha. He started the race of power between others.
The man who is known as the ultimate Shinobi would have never thought in his era what he has given birth to. His very strength incites challenge. Challenge incites conflict. And conflict... breeds catastrophe. This very thing leads to the fourth great ninja war.
Uchiha Madara's hate has grown because of this reason. The death of his brother at the hands of the Senju clan and his constant seeking of power to defeat his rival lead him to cast the Infinite Tsukinomi. His vision of a perfect world.
After so many things that happened I don't have the courage to say that it was not our fault or our generation's fault. The conflicts and differences are still in our world but the world is changing and taking a step toward a new future. I am confident that everyone here thinks the same.
Garra: I know we have many problems because of our differences and ideologies in the past but things are different now. We are ready to put our differences aside and lead our Villages and Nation to a new and better future. A future where everyone can smile and live life to its fullest. A future where our future generation doesn't have to suffer the horror of being in the war.
Guy: That's a pipe dream and you know it.
Garra: Even if it is a pipe dream. We will make this dream a reality. After all, dreams are meant to be chased and conquered. Although we are far away from achieving it, I am sure that we are on the right path and if we continue to strive in this direction, I am sure that we will meet this dream one day in the near future. Even if we aren't there, the upcoming generation will take up this mantle and the fire in the heart for friendship will continue to burn.
3RD PERSON POV:
Just after the speech of Garra, there was a clap from the two people sitting opposite to them. The source of the applause was from Guy Crimson and Rimuru. After that consecutively everyone on Tempest's side gave him a round of applause for his bravery and courage to speak his mind in front of so many people.
Guy Crimson POV:
This is interesting, truly interesting. This child who is considered a child even among humans has the brains of an adult that has lived through the worse situation. He reminds me of those two. They too have the dream same as this child. Even though one has died. The other has fulfilled his dream of making the world peaceful and luxurious for everyone. His unconventional methods gave results and those results bear the fruits of his dream. After listening to him I couldn't help but glance at the right at the middle of the Round Table.
Guy: Even though you are young, your words remind me of one crazy person. He also used to say the same thing when I met him. Our world too has our own fair share of wars. Gruesome one's at that. Even though Veldanava created the World he also left us to fend for ourselves. It was his prediction that wars would be a beneficial tool for the evolution of humans. Not only from their own species but also from others but he believed that someday, someone will appear who will revolutionise the world and stop the concept of war and bring peace to the world.
I have only focused on two people as of now that being the silver-haired and the emo kid. They have the most potential in this group of people. That being said there are people like that blond kid who can achieve things through hard work. The reason for not including him is because of his loud and obnoxious nature. There is also that old man, although looking at him chances are that he would lie dead in the next second. But I never expected that there will also be a person with such a grate of talent for leadership and speech.
Rimuru POV:
I know that the person Guy is referring to is me. Although at that time everyone who learned about my dream said that it isn't worth it but here we are a world without a large-scale war. Although there are some small-scale wars, that take place and as a Demon lord if it isn't threatening my territory, I would just let it be. We would still try to save and give asylum to the refugees to the people who are affected by it.
There is no doubt that after the death of Feldway and Ivaraj, there is no recent threat to the world as of now. Apart from dealing with the portals that open from time to time. But the speech of this kid is the absolute best. He can convince and motivate people through his speeches. I am afraid that if Masayuki didn't have the skill "chosen one". There is a good chance that he would have acquired it. It's unlucky for him to be born at the wrong place and time. But because of his speech, I couldn't help but say;
Rimuru: I commend you. Being the youngest person in this room and giving the speech on this stage in front of so many people who are more powerful than you is a feat to be proud of. I respect you for that.

Kakashi: You said that Kazekage is the youngest person here but didn't you say that you were fourteen and are about to be fifteen?
