Hello everyone, sorry that I haven't been posting, I am grieving irl terribly but I decided to write my feelings out in this story.

He can't die.
No he can't.

Kirumi paved around the ultimate tennis pro his lab. She had hit him very hard in the head, he was breathing, very slowely.

"Keep breathing, Ryoma." Kirumi was stressed as hell, Ryoma couldn't just die! This was all one big accident!!

"Ryoma please." Kirumi bowed down, grabbing his body into a hug.

His breathing slowed down again.

"No No no!"

Panic rose, Kirumi let go off ryoma as she slowely backed away, what should she do?

"I'll go look for something, I'll save you, Ryoma!" Kirumi ran to go look for something, leaving evidence behind.

A glove.

"That was great sidekick!" Kaito said, he smiled.

"Y-yeah, let's invite Maki too, the next time, training together should be good for us." Shuichi said, clearly tired from the training.

"Hey maybe we can go into Ryomas lab and, ya know... Get some tennis stuff to tennis!" Kaito said, clearly very fond of the idea.

"Kaito, we can't just do that" shuichi sighed, he just wanted to sleep.

"Pleasseeee shuichi!" Kaito begged.

"Fine!" Shuichi gave in, not wanting to hear kaitos begging any longer.

Kirumi was panicking, not because she was afraid that she was gonna get caught, but because Ryoma was dying and that was her fault.

What was she even feeling, she has never felt like this before.

She thought very deeply, thinking back to a talk she and Ryoma had.

"Hello Ryoma, how may I assist you today?" Kirumi asked, Ryoma had called for her help.

"Just sit, please, Kirumi." Ryoma said, looking at her with his empty gaze, there was nothing left in his eyes except that look of emptiness.

"As you wish." Kirumi sat down on his bed, waiting for something else to be asked.

Ryoma sat down beside her, this startled Kirumi a bit.

"Can you just listen to me please." Ryoma asked, his eyes filled with a pleading look.

"... Ofcourse." Kirumi could do that, and maybe she could even offer him advice.

"Grief is consuming me, Kirumi."

"..."

"They're right, I am murder, but until a few years ago, I was just an ordinary high school boy.."

Kirumi could only just look at him. She was at a loss for words.

"I just wanted to live a normal life, with my family and girlfriend."

...

"No matter what happened, I promise I would protect her, and I couldn't even do that, now I am miserable, I lost the persons I love the most, I especially miss her. "

Kirumi teared up, looking at the once so powerful tennis pro, he was so destroyed now and it was terrible to see him destroy himself more and more.

Kirumi and Ryoma talked alot after that.

Then Kirumi realised he was the perfect murder target, he was emotionally weak and she could take advantage of that.

It was wrong what she did.

But she had too.

Atleast that's what she thought, because suddenly she realised this isn't what she wanted. She wanted Ryoma, she wanted to help him, she wanted to be there for him.

She wanted to help him heal.

It didn't bother her how long it might take, grief is something everybody experiences different, she just wanted to help.

...

"We are here-" kaito swung the tennis pro his lab open.

"AHHHHHHH!!!"

Suddenly Maki came running up, being close and having heard the scream of Kaito.

"What's going on you-"

A body has been discovered!

No.

NO!

kirumi started to breath fasther, she fell to the ground gripping onto her dress, she started to scream and cry and suddenly she threw up, but she didn't care, she kept screaming and crying.

She is gonna feel what grief is like.

Grief.
