The evening settled as the sun began to fall under the horizon, the sky painted in a brilliant ombre.

A craft landed downtown in a general parking space, Changbin, Hyunjin, Chaewon and Sakura getting out and looking around.
They were in the southern part of downtown Seoul, people walking around and chattering away. Many cars flew both on the streets and in the sky above, high rise buildings all around them.
They began to walk down sidewalks until they reached an alleyway, graffiti, the smell of blood and the sounds of groaning prevalent.

They walked towards a fenced area, tents and fires within empty barrels visible beyond that. People were seen slumped along the ground, shivering from the cold and being taken care of by doctors.
A guard stood near the fence, looking at them intently.
"State your business," he said. Changbin was slightly intimidated by the man because he was buff and tall, but Changbin was also very buff! And very tall... Definitely very tall.

"I'm an officer from the STAY Department, and these are Guardians. We're here to reconvene with one of our fellow Guardians." Changbin explained.
"Only number one currently has the authority to arrive here. Unless you have a permit, I cannot let you in." the guard narrowed his eyes.
"But we-" Hyunjin began.
"Sorry, but no means no. Even if you are Guardians, this place has strict rules. Unless a serious situation breaks out, your entry is not permitted." the guard said again.
"Let them in," a voice called.

They looked over, a man standing there with a stern look on his face and his arms crossed. He had pastel hair and a jacket with paint splatters on them, his pants baggy and his army boots tattered slightly.
The guard complied and opened up the gate at the side of the fence, the four of them entering the camp area.
"Channie hyung told me you guys would arrive," the man said.
"Let me take you to a quieter place." the man said.
They began to follow him quietly.
Changbin scanned his surroundings, viewing the people lying around or being treated inside camps. Some people were fast asleep on the floor, others could be heard groaning in pain, and others reeked of booze.
He could also tell that some people were giving them glares of disdain.

Sakura scanned the people, frowning as her pupils changed shapes multiple times, expressing the overflowing emotions from each individual.
"Many of the people here are homeless. I'm part of Levanter, which is an organization that assists these homeless individuals with their health- we are a non-profit organization and we do not charge for health care. Some of the people from the Oyster incident are here as well."

The strange man led them to another tent, beds neatly placed around and people tending to others.
One bed was empty, but a familiar figure stood next to it, scanning a holo paper with his eyes.
"Hyung, they've arrived." the man said.
Chan looked up from his paper, nodding at them.
"Thanks, Felix."

Felix gave them a bow accompanied with a subtle glare, walking off to help some doctors further down.
"Who was that?" Chaewon asked.
"That's Felix, he's a member of Levanter. I've known him for years now, and we actively participate in cases pertaining to the homeless together. As you may have seen, he holds a particular scepticism towards Guardians like ourselves." Chan explained.
"Why do you get special treatment though? He gave you a nickname and everything." Hyunjin said.
"That's because despite that, we have formed a bond both due to our shared homeland of Australia and our matching ideals. He holds scepticism for Guardians and their methods, but he does not lack respect." Chan said.

"Hah, I see. Well, nevermind that," Sakura mumbled.
"Let's find Mister Lee. we're here to interrogate him, after all."
"Ah, so that's what was so pressing. Well then, Felix could tell you where he is- as long as he understands the intentions." Chan said.
"Alright." Changbin nodded.
Changbin walked up to Felix, the pastel haired man glancing over at him briefly before continuing to sort out medical supplies.
"What is it?" Felix asked.
