"Serena wants us in the meeting room. Are you guys okay?"
"Yeah. We'll be there soon."
"Sharing stories?"
"That easy to tell?"
"Very. If it means anything to you, this is our last fight. Then we can go home and live normally."
"Thanks. We should go."
Emma smiled before they all went to the meeting room where everyone was waiting.
"I hope you've got to know each other."
"Some of us have."
"We all have our traumas. The important part is we have each other's backs. So let's train together. We'll each have our rounds with everyone."
"Shouldn't we consider focusing on taking down those guys?"
"We need to understand each other's power first. As well as our enemies. Emma, care to help demonstrate?"
"You're on."
"I'll go next."
Serena froze as she recognized the voice and she turned around.
"Holly, what are you doing here?!"
"I came to help. You're forgetting Alice turned us against each other."
"Who's she?"
"Holly Maximoff. Serena's twin sister. So, shall we?"
"Pick a partner. We'll swap each time."
Everyone paired up and began to go against each other while most were surprised by their opponent's skill.

The villains were all gathered around a table looking at screens.
"So, let's get something straight, Alice. You blew her up and she survived?"
"Yes. Her magic protected her like it did me."
"Or you weren't strong enough."

"I will get rid of her this time. If you're so judgy about my failure why don't you go next, Shadow."
"I wanted to get rid of her boyfriend. Not her."
"And you used a love potion. That was curable by true love's kiss. Face it. I'm probably the only one who came remotely close to succeeding."
"I'd argue I did."
"Me too."
"Director, you could have won but you left that little girl alone. Trevor, you postponed your wedding too much. At least I was close."
Everyone began arguing leaving Alice there. Until she slammed her hand on the table.
"That's enough! We won't fail again. You all have powers now. We're using them!"
"Then what exactly should we do?"
"Bring one of them on our side."
"And how would we do that?."
"I could. Give me a victim and I'll do it."
"My daughter."
"You should really stop obsessing over your daughter, Shadow."
"She's powerful. It'll work."
"Fine. Let's figure out how to lure them out."
