"I would rather walk with a friend in the dark, than alone in the light."

― Helen Keller

This story is for the souls who think there isn't a light at the end of the tunnel. This is for the souls who lost themselves. But you will be okay, I promise you. Perhaps not tomorrow nor the next month, but soon. Sadness is temporary. And you are probably tired of hearing these things and everything staying the same, but you just need to give it time. Because you deserve to taste the sun's arrays and draw constellations with your footsteps at midnight. And you deserve the melody of your favorite song filling the car. Because we are incredible, we are everything.

Sophie Forbes – She is pinpricks of cosmic matter. She is a field of thoughts being swallowed by the darkness. She is the silence between every spark of the stars. She is everything a person never really hears, coursing through veins like ghosts stealing from the inside out. But most of all, she is a girl pinned against time.

Harvey Collins  He is an empty house built up by a solid base. However there are many rifts and things left broken. There is a leak in the ceiling but don't try to fix it. Looks are shallow and this house might seem nice but it is actually a graveyard. His doors creak and the shutters don't work and trust me nobody wants to get trapped in there.

Nathan Martínez He looks harmless but he tears people apart until they are nothing but dust and tiny shards. Then he feeds it to his demons and they gorge it all. But he is losing a part of him. He is trapped in his own world and all he has are the cigarette's smoke and the voices he is trying to shut.

Sometimes people are satellites; looking for light to reflect, holding onto what might save us. So maybe when Sophie meets Harvey and Nathan, she thinks she found her rope to coast, because they seem to have some kind of gravity that can pull her when she feels like this black hole will disintegrate her. But she didn't count with the fact that perhaps, they are the black hole.

This is not an easy reading. This is for those who can read between the lines and look beyond the words. Because for you to understand the characters you must capture the meaning behind their actions and their syllables. So if this isn't your thing, you better stop here.

This book also contains strong language and references of sensitive topics. Read at your own risk.
