Success Party

Freen POV

I am driving towards Becky house to pick her up. This is my first time going to her house to pick her up in 2 months as she didn't allow me to take her or drop her at her house. And I still don't get it why she is not letting me to drive her. I am sure it would be no different today if Saint has not said asked her to do and another reason is she must reach directly to the venue from her house. That's why she agreed to Saint.

Today is the success party of her series as the series has achieved 50 million views and it is a big achievement for all the crew and cast.

I reached the location shared by Becky and stepped out of the car. When I reached her door, I looked at myself and straighten my suit and knocked the door. I waited patiently for the door to open. After few seconds, the door opened, and Becky was standing on the other side.

She was looking so beautiful in her white dress like an angel who came straight from heaven.

She said, "come in" and started moving back to the lobby.

I got so lost in her watching her every move and I could not take my eyes of her.

"Aren't you coming in?" she said turning back and that's when I realized that I was still standing on the same spot.

I nodded and went in her house.

"Give me 5 minutes. I will be back" she said moving towards a room which I guess is her room.

When she went inside the room, I looked around. There was pink couch in her living room and behind that the was an open kitchen. On one of the walls, I could see some pictures. I went towards the wall, there were few pictures from her childhood in which she looked so cute and adorable. There was another picture in which there was people in their late 30's which I suppose is her parents as Becky looks like her mother and Becky.

"Let's go" I heard Becky say. I turned towards her and nodded.

When we were out of the house, I opened the back door of car for her. When she settled comfortably on her seat, I went to driver seat and started driving.

On the red light, I was watching her from the rear-view mirror when she said, "Its green."

I nodded and started driving again. I felt so embarrassed thinking 'did she noticed that I was looking at her'

When we reached the venue, I quickly went out of the car and opened the car door for her. There were paparazzi everywhere. When they saw Becky, they started clicking photos of her. I gave the keys to the valet and started walking behind her. So that paparazzi doesn't face problems while taking the pictures

After giving few poses to paparazzi, Becky went in and me behind her. When we reached inside, Saint was waiting for us.

"You look stunning" Saint said to Becky

"Thank you. So do you." Becky replied to Saint

"Thank you" saint said and then looked towards me and said "Hi Freen, you too look beautiful."

"Thank you so much" I said to Saint and smiled.

"Becky, I want to introduce you to someone" Saint said

Becky nodded.

"Enjoy the party and see you later Freen" Saint said, and I nodded.

Saint and Becky started moving to the other side of the party. After they left, I looked around and saw Kirk standing and the bar counter and walked towards him.

"Hi Freen, you look beautiful." Kirk said smiling when I reached him.

"Thank you. So do you." I replied with a smile.

"Beer?"

"No, driving" I said kirk smiling.

"Mocktail then"

"Sure" kirk turned to bartender and ordered a Mocktail.

Bartender returned with the mocktail, I picked it up turned towards the party while leaning on the bar counter. I searched the area until my eyes landed on Becky. She was standing with Saint and a man in 40s giving her happy smile to him. I have never seen Becky smiling genuinely but today her smile says everything. I can see that she is very happy today. I wonder what they are talking about that made her so happy. Seeing her smiling, a smile automatically appeared on my face.

"So Freen how is everyone at home?" kirk asked

"Everything is good. It's just that my father is calling me every day to convince me to join him."

"I can totally understand his point Freen. You are his only child, and he would like to pass his business to you." I nodded and he continued, "And I too understands you that you want to do something on your own"

I nodded still my eyes on Becky. Now she was on dance floor with Nop. They were doing a couple dance. Seeing this, I felt a sting in my heart. I don't know why.

"Do you like Becky?" Kirk said out of nowhere.

I turned my face towards Kirk shocked and said "No, she is my boss"

"So what, if she is your boss. I can totally see your eyes have not left her for a sec"

"Its not like that, I am just making sure that she doesn't need anything."

"Ok, if you say so but this is called denying stage of love" Kirk said giving me knowing look.

"Its nothing like that" I said and looked towards Becky and thought 'Yes, I love working for her, caring for her, I want to know more about her but that's all because it's part of my job.' I shrugged the thought and gulped the drink.
