⚠ Chapter 12 - The End. Sorry!!

- Anais - 

I woke up in the morning with no drop of makeup and messy hair. 

I was in the midst of conversing with my dearest history teacher, Miss Rass. Gee, I thought, I'm so quirky, no wonder all the girls in my school envy me. 

Anais! My crush and current mission partner rushed into my classroom, frantic. 

"Pack your things it's time to go!"

"What do you mean?" I asked, biting my lip. 

"You've been here for half an hour after school. We got things to do" That got me back into reality, but that was nice.

Those TikTok audios of K-pop idols as a meme lived in my head rent-free. 

Going back home with Adrian made me realize 2 things. One, everyone had somehow went back to the past except Adrian, Aila, Yumi and I and now we were pretending not to remember as well to find who did this. Two, I'd been calling Adrian "my crush" in my head for some time now. 

It took me a while to comprehend that I liked Adrian, and he was just perfect. Aila had already noticed on her own without me telling her and she was so happy saying how we'd get married and I'd be her sister-in-law, that had made me smile. 

Aila finally encouraged me to confess my feelings and that was what I was going to do. Now. Ok we can wait until we get home. I don't remember being this nervous since well... never! I've never been this nervous. 

It was a quiet ride, and I was dreading leaving the car when we finally arrived. 

- SMUT SCENE START -

I was cut off mid-sentence when Adrian grabbed me by the hair and pulled me in for a kiss. It was gentle at first, not taking long to get more passionate as his tongue swiped over my bottom lip, asking for more. I spread my lips allowing him access, his tongue fighting with mine for dominance. I obviously won. 

I was somewhat shocked, but soon we were in sync and the kiss was hungry like we needed more of each other. 

He put his hands on my waist, pulling me closer as I stood on my tiptoes. He then slid his hand up my skirt, squeezing my ass, making me whimper which I'd never done before.

(I did not want to write this at all, I was doing it just for the plot and because Anais that bitch kept ignoring my texts so yeh, not anymore. It's kinda weird writing about my friend having sex so I'm just gonna stop here and you guys can tell what happened!)

This was awkward. He turned to me, showing off his perfect abs, a smile on his face. 

"So, does this mean we're boyfriend and girlfriend now?" I mustered a laugh.

"I love you" After he said that my mind just stopped working. 

"The feeling's mutual" ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? THE FEELING IS MUTUAL?! WHO SAYS THAT? 

He smiled. 

The next day was quite normal. Tho when I arrived for the History lesson, Miss Rass was literally all over me. Asking an assortment of questions about Adrian. 

I couldn't tell her everything obviously so I just told her that he was a friend of a friend. She was totally hyping me up about how cute and hot he was. I did feel bad for vibing with her since Hazel hated her for some reason. 

Speaking of my best friend who somehow came back from the dead very well alive, I was sooo side-eyeing her. 

After getting rid of like 70% of my problems I decided to focus on the fact no one remembered no shit and my catastrophes were somehow un-catasrophised. 

Let's state the facts here. 

Hazel and Oreo are both back.

I'm sadly discontinuing this story. Sorry. But I will wrap you up on how I wanted this story to end. 

So the one who killed Nova May was Noah Asher and Savannah Ras, aka, their history teacher. They also killed Evie Cassy for being close to finding out they did it. Elena Nayra isn't dead and comes in fight scene to protect Adrian but they fail to save Aila and she dies to which Anais is devastated and blames herself. Hazel confesses to everything she did and leaves Red Sea with Hailey not looking back and finally letting go of everyone she was so desperate to keep in order to start fresh. Hailey wants to go with her and even tho Hazel says no she sneaks out with her. Ray and Yumi take the ship in the cave and become pirates along with Hannah, Naomi, Erica, Mayra, Saanvi and Elena. Anais and Adrian live together still in their life of action and crime. Turns out when Oreo disappeared he was just having time with his family which was his brother, turning out to be Bryan Rhenium and it's revealed his real name was Orion Rhenium. 

It's really sad ending this like this but I got some advice from my family and honestly, when I started this book it was nothing serious and just for practice. And I think it was really good practice for me but now I would like to focus on things I'll take seriously so as much as it pains me, this is the end of Red Sea :(
