First Love

Jennie pov:

We are here at the Venue of the event, and there are Reporters here and the guards are blocking them, and there are famous people in showbiz and also famous people, and he came down and he opened the door for me, and I walked, and he just supported me, and there was a lot of camera flashes from the reporters, and I just smiled, and I only have my BodyGuard on my side, and we went inside, and everyone applauded because I have arrived. Gosh, I don't want to go back to my car, and I went back to the hotel, but I couldn't go back to my car because he held my hand and looked into my eyes.

"You can do it, Miss. Just think you are in a bar. Just enjoy the night and remember your father and how much he trusts you. You can do it, okay? Don't worry if you are nervous; just look at me," he reassured me.

"Okay."

I don't know why my nervousness suddenly disappeared because of what he said; I felt like I gained courage from him.

"Let's go," he said to me, smiling.

We went to our table, and with me were the famous names because of their companies. Okay, this is really my life in our blood. There are some famous people who are taking pictures of me. They are famous, but they are still taking pictures of me. Wow, I'm different. The event started, and the host called some people to go up on stage, and they came in and talked about their business and what else, and my BodyGuard is just next to me listening, and I'm surprised when the host called me; I didn't know I was a part of it. I thought I just sat and listened to the boring things they said, but gosh, they called me. How come I'm not prepared?

"You can do it; don't worry," he reassured me again.

"No, I can't do it."

"Just be yourself," he said.

"I'm nervous; it's my first time going on stage and giving a speech in front of a lot of people," I explained to him.

He stood up and held out his hand, and I reached out for his hand, and he supported me. I went to the stage, and the person who was here and there were camera flashes applauded, and when I was on stage, he came down and gave me the host's mic. I was nervous, so I looked at him, and he smiled, and I smiled too, and I started to speak.

"We are here today to discuss the results of our company's operations, so it became a success." smiles and looks at the chart, "as we can see the size of the changes, it is not as before because of our efforts." Smiles, gosh, I'm nervous, "to everyone here, I would like to say thank you because all of you contribute to it, so our business has been going well."

I said a lot more about our company and others, and my speech went well in the middle thanks to my BodyGuard, and when I finished, I looked at him and smiled, and he smiled too. When I finished my speech, everyone stood up and applauded. I bowed, went down, and immediately hugged him.

"Thank you," I said to him.

"For what?" He asked.

"Because you gave me courage," I explained to him.

"That's nothing, and you can really do it yourself," he said to me.

I just laughed at what he said.

"You're great," he said.

"Thank you; I wouldn't have been able to do that if it wasn't for you," I said to him. I let go of the hug, and we went back to our table. Someone congratulated me, and I just smiled. I looked at my BodyGuard, and he was looking at his phone.
