The Bet

Taehyung pov:

I was on my way to the Bar where Jimin works. I was wearing only a black hoodie jacket, black jeans, and white shoes, and when I arrived, I immediately approached where they were already drinking beer without even waiting for me.

"The Bodyguard is here," Jimin said, laughing.

"You didn't even wait for me," I said dramatically.

"Sorry, Hyung," Jungkook said.

I sat next to Jimin and opened a bottle of beer and drank it, and some girls came to us and immediately sat next to me, and the others also sat next to Jimin and Jungkok.

"Oh, easy girls," Jimin said to them because the girl's hands were already traveling around Jimin's body.

"Girls, you can stay away from me a little; this sofa is big," I said.

"Oh, a different version of Taehyung is here," Jimin said.

"Hyung, can you shut up? I'm not in the mood to flirt right now," I said to him.

"So, how is your boss?" Jimin asked.

"It's fine," I said.

"You've been working for six days, so we haven't seen you. Are you being tortured?" Jimin said.

"Yeah," I said while drinking beer.

We just drank, but I only drank a little because I still have work tomorrow, so I didn't get super drunk, and these two were already drunk, so I asked the Bouncer at this bar to help them get in the car because I would take them to my condo unit. Now I'm on my way to the condo, and the two of them were hugging from behind, so I smiled at them both. When I got to the building of my condo, I immediately helped them walk, and we got on the elevator, and I pressed the floor of my unit, and it was fast. I'm in front of my unit and I immediately opened it and I brought them both to the room and gave them a blanket and left the building and was about to go home when I passed by a convenience store so I stopped and went down because I remembered Jennie might be awake at this time so I bought her an ice cream, I paid for it right away, and I went back to the car and I went home and I saw outside the Mansion that the light in her room was still on so immediately I parked the car I was borrowing and gave the key to the guard and I went inside and I knocked three times and she opened it and she was cute because she was wearing eyeglasses and had a bunny headband on her.

"I thought you weren't coming back; I was going to host a party," she said to me.

"Here," I said, handing her the paper bag.

"What is that?" She asked.

"An ice cream," I said.

"And why would you give me that?" She asked.

"I thought of you, so I bought you," I said.

She took the ice cream that I handed her, and she smiled. I don't know why, and my heart beat suddenly because of her smile.

"Thanks," she said.

"Okay, miss, sweet dreams," I said to her, smiling.

"Are you going to sleep soon?" She asked.

"Yeah, miss," I said.

"So, I'm the only one to eat ice cream?" She asked again.

"Yeah, milady, that's for you again, sweet dreams," I said.

I've come downstairs because my face is red. I can feel it, but maybe it's the effect of the beer I drank that's why I'm red, but what if it's not? I don't know. I immediately went to my house and put on my pajamas, and before I went to sleep, I took a stick cigarette, lit it, and started smoking while looking out the window. I looked at her room; It was still on, and I remembered her smile so quickly. I feel like I'm going crazy! After I smoked, I brushed my teeth and went to sleep. Maybe tomorrow it will be gone!











Next morning.

I was getting ready because we might go shopping again; being prepared is good, right? I was about to cook my breakfast when someone knocked on my door, so I stopped first and came to the door and opened it, and I saw Mr. Jin.

"Good morning, Mr. Jin. What do you need?" I said and asked at the same time.

"Miss Jennie asked you to come and have breakfast with her," he said.

"But," I said.

"Go and accompany her; she's only like that once," he said.

"Okay, Mr.," I said to him, and he just nodded.

He left, and I also closed the door and put back in the refrigerator what was taken out for cooking. I got dressed, and I was wearing a black tuxedo, but the inside was a white polo shirt, brown straight pants, and white shoes. I fixed my blonde hair and I went out and went to the mansion, and when I entered, I saw her already at the table, and she was eating.

"Good morning, miss," I said and bowed to her, and she just looked at me.

I sat next to her, and she filled my plate with rice and viand and I just looked at her.

"Don't stare at me if you don't want to lose your eyes," she said.

"Okay, sorry," I said.

I started eating, and so did she, and she spoke, and I stopped and looked at her.

"We are not going shopping today," she said.

"Oh, that's new; why did you decide not to go shopping today?" I said to her.

"I thought that what I bought was already enough so that I could rest and you could too," she said without looking at me.

"So, what do you do after this?" I asked.

"Sleep," she said.

"What about me?" I asked her again.

"I don't know about you," she said.
















Three days later,

Taehyung pov:

Jennie and I were going to the Bar because she said they had a girl's night out with her friends, and since I was her bodyguard, I had to accompany her. We arrived at the Bar where they were going to meet, and as far as I know, this Bar is expensive, which is really different from other bars. She got out of the car, and so did I, and I followed her, and we went inside. It was different from the Bars I'd been to because everyone here was rich, no one was dancing on the dance floor, and there were still a few people here, so I said something to her.

"Is it really like this?" I said.

"Later, the dance flood is going to be full of people," she said.

I just nodded.

We entered a VIP room, and there were Jisoo, Rose, and Irene. They immediately waved; I don't know if they waved at me, and that's when I found out that it was actually me, and they came to me.

"Gosh, Taehyung, why are you so hot?" Rose said.

"Hey, Taehyung," Jisoo said, smiling at me.

I just smiled at her, and the person next to me who was watching me spoke.

"Excuse me, I'm your friend," she said with a sarcastic tone.

"Oh, Jennie is here, HAHHAHAHA," Rose said.

"Hello, Jennie," Jisoo said.

"Sorry girl, your bodyguard is so hot, so we didn't notice you," Irene said.

She sat down, and Jisoo pulled me next to her, and Rose gave me some wine.

"Hey Rose, don't get him drunk because no one will drive me home," Jennie complained.















Jennie pov:

We're here at the bar, and we're in the VIP Room, and I'm annoyed because they greeted my BodyGuard first before me. Tsk, are these my friends? Then Unnie Jisoo was immediately pulled by my BodyGuard next to her, and Rose gave this ugly creature a glass of wine.

"Hey Rose, don't get him drunk because no one will drive me home," I complained to Rose.

"He hasn't even drunk it yet," she said to me with a smirk.

"Oh, shut up," I said to her.

"You're jealous, girl," Unnie Irene said to me.

"And why am I jealous?" I said with a challenging tone.

"Because your bodyguard is next to Jisoo instead of you," Unnie said to me, smiling.

"I don't care about that ugly creature," I said.

"Oh, ugly creature? Gosh, Jennie, are you blind? Taehyung, ugly creature, gosh, he is so handsome," Rose said.

"And he's hot," added Unnie, drinking wine at the same time.

I just drank, and they did the same, even though my BodyGuard didn't want to drink, but the girls with me insisted, so he drank too. I immediately thought of something, so I stood up, and they looked at me and my BodyGuard. They were surprised when I pointed at him.

"Yah! You, let's do a bet," I said to him out loud.

"Me?" He asked.

"Are you deaf? Of course you," I said to him.

"What?" He asked again.

"I said let's do a bet! Four bets! And now our bet will begin," I said out loud.

"Unnie, you're drunk already; just sit down," Rose said to me.

"No, Rose, I'm not drunk. Yah! Game, if you lose in the first bet, I will order you whatever I want, and you do it without complaining," I said to him, and my friends are listening.

"Oh, can I join?" Unnie Jisoo said.

"Nope, it's just us," I said to her.

"In a four-bet, what will the winner get?" Taehyung asked.

"Just say what you want if you win the fourth bet, and I will do it right away, but if I win the fourth bet, you will immediately leave as my BodyGuard," I said to him out loud, and my friends heard it.

"It's okay, Taehyung; when you leave being his BodyGuard, I'm ready to hire you as my BodyGuard," Unnie Jisoo said to him, smiling.

"Yah! Unnie!" I said.

"Okay, Game, let's do a bet! You said I should say anything in the final bet, right? If I win," he said.

"Yeah," I said.

The girls are just staring at us HAHHAHHA.

"So, what is our first bet?" He asked.

"Come with me to the billiard room," I said.

"Oh, Taehyung, Good luck to you; just don't let yourself lose because she's a tiger when playing billiards," Rose said to him.

"So let's go, and I cheer for you, Taehyung," Unnie Jisoo said to him.

Taehyung turned to Unnie Jisoo, and he smiled.

We left the VIP Room and went to the Billiard room, and there were only a few people here because everyone was already on the Dance floor because this Bar was starting to make noise, and I immediately got my cue stick, and so did he. Rose had arranged the balls, and Unnie Jisoo was just clapping as she cheered on my bodyguard, who was nervous, and Unnie Irene went to the comfort room because she needed to retouch.
