Chapter 6

My alarm woke me up and just like yesterday I slithered my way out of her arms and made my way to the gym. This time Brutus was there waiting for me, we talked and worked out some, to get to know more about each other before this job and got our story straight. Because the worst is not having a background before a job and telling people two different things. As we talked the more I seemed to like this normal life with someone, but that can never happen. I am a thief and there is nothing to it. I steal whatever I want or what I am hired to steal. But with this guy he makes me forget it all. After our work out we head back to the hotel so that we can talk to everyone about the job and make final preparations. I take a shower because I smell sweat and IcyHot. That's not fun mainly when you can't find the soap. After I wash up, I get into my new outfit that Mr. Fabric sent me. Making my way to Archer's room I see a kid looking through the door spying on everyone. I pull out my gun and shoot the kid, with a direct hit to the neck, the kid goes down. And don't worry I only use tranquilizers so the kid will be fine. With a thud outside the door Viper peeks his head out to see a kid sleeping on the ground.

He looks up at me then at the kid. "Did you just shoot a kid? I thought you don't shoot people."

"I said I won't kill. That is yours and everyone's else's job. The kid just knocked out cold." I said walking over to the kid pulling out the dart to show him. "This brat was spying on all of you talking."

"I'm assuming you don't like kids." Viper said moving out of the way.

"Actually, she is really good with them. She has..." I shot Hades a dirty look. "Never mind... How's the kid?"

That is something I would like to keep a secret for as long as possible. I have two younger sisters and they both have names just like me. I make sure that they don't take jobs from some clients. One is beautiful but dangerous, while the other is more sweet but evil. I have a feeling that I would be seeing them soon. Archer goes off trying to wake the kid up, with small success. I jump in to show them how it is done. I gently stroke the kid's head with a soft voice to wake him up. I used to do this for my sisters when they needed to get ready. The kid started to slowly open his eyes and everyone was surprised. Hyde went to say something but caught her tongue. I asked why the kid was trying to look in the room, and he said that he was looking for a man in his 40's to 50's. There were some girls looking for him in the lobby. I look up at BB with a look that says they are here.

"Hey kid, did the girls look like me just younger with different hair color?" I was still stroking his head. He nodded and handed me a paper. I looked at it and ran out of the room to the lobby to see three girls sitting in a circle. "What are you two doing here, I thought you were doing a job."

"Oh, Bonnie you're here too. I guess you were caught." Demeter got up and hugged me.

Aphrodite stood up looking over my shoulder. "Are they the badges that caught you? Oh, and uncle is here too."

I look back to see everyone walking up to me. "Ya, but just one is a badge, the others are like Hades. So what happened to you?"

Demeter let me go with a look at the third woman. "Um, sorry. But we didn't listen to you about a job."

A string snapped and I realized they were given the drug. "Did they give you the drug?" Trying not to lose my sense of reason and yell.

"Ya, she is our badge, and we are now your group." Demeter refused to look at me in my eyes.

I walked up to the badge hitting her. "I'm fine with my life ending but they are just kids not even old enough to drink yet. What the hell is wrong with you all? What if the drug didn't take like it did with me?"

Archer pulled me away from her. "What is the matter with you? She is a government official like me. This can get you thrown in prison."

Like I gave a damn, they tried to kill my sisters and I will gladly die for this reason. I started to remove my gloves to show them the pain that my sisters had to feel. When I heard someone yell at me, "that's enough Bon we're still here, so don't do anything dumb."

Hades places a hand on my shoulder. "This is not a place for this. Let's go to the room and finish this discussion."

He was right but that doesn't mean I would have to play nice. The entire way up there I refused to be near the woman or Archer. I wouldn't even talk to anyone in our group about this. How can they give such a dangerous drug to kids, with no remorse for well being. I looked over at them and asked what they could do and they told me. Demeter can control any plant life that is near here. Aphrodite can see and turn into any man's perfect woman without them knowing who she really is. I guess she can be useful to the job but this is not right, my sisters are just 20 and 17. We made it to the room but I decided to take a walk because if I didn't then I would kill someone out of anger. Archer didn't say anything to me and allowed it. The woman tried to interject but Archer stopped her.

"Do you blame her?" Hyde said, shutting the door behind her. "But why would she get so mad about you two?"

"Because they are her younger sisters." Hades said, sitting next to one of them on the bed. "This one is Demeter, and she is only 17 years old. The other one is Aphrodite, and she is 20, and she is overly protective of them".

Viper leaned back in his chair. "So that's what you were going to say. When you said that she is good with kids."

"Ya, and she will never kill anyone but when it comes to these two, she will go to hell and back for them. The rule I set for all three of them was never to kill, but that rule goes out the window for Bon when it comes for these two. Remember when I said that her mother never got a name in the family was because she was a drunk and druggie. She would beat the hell out of Bon for no reason and when she tried to hit them Bon would make sure she took the bulk of the hits." Hades stopped talking when I walked in.

"It's fine, finish the story. When BB came to get us to take us to his home, I was holding the knife that killed my mother. She was the first and only person I killed. I snapped when I came home from a job and my mother was beating on Demeter." The looks on their faces was sock.

Brutus thought about what to say. "So that's why you snapped at this woman here. Your instinct kicked in and lashed out."

"Yep, other than BB they are the last of my family. And I gave my word to make sure they are safe." I sat on the other side next to Aphrodite.

"Well, they are needed for this job so if you please tell everyone your names, that they will call you. Like before you will call me Meggan." I really hate this woman.

"I really don't like you lady." Hyde said, looking at her. "Well, if we're doing introductions then you two can call me Abby. The one leaning on the wall next to your sister is Eli or Brutus, and the other one with the snake is Ryder or Viper. The badge that is watching us is Jake Archer, Angel, and Adon." She smiled at them.

I can see that they are shy like always. "Well, the youngest you can call her Lechcana or Lele. This one you can call Ally, she's like me when it comes to her name." they waved and looked up at me.

Archer broke down the new plan and said that we only have 11 hours until we need to get ready and leave. I shot a look at Meggan while we all walked out. The boys went to the gym to get a small workout while us girls went to the coffee shop that we always go to. Leaving Archer and Meggan in the room together. As we made our way to the cafe Abby started to get to know them a little better. She laughed at the fact that they were caught in a funny way. She brought up how young they were to be so good, same goes for me. She was wondering how someone so young can be given such a rep, and she learned from my sisters. They are so proud of me and that made me embarrassed. That's when Abby told them about me jumping on someone to distract them from my name.
