*TIME SKIP TO THE GAME*

We went on a shopping spree. Shocker right? We dropped our stuff off at the hotel and we are walking to the stadium now. It's a little funny because the Cardinals are playing the Yankees. Which was why Aaron was texting me obviously. Zoey can think whatever she wants, but it's not true. I don't have a crush on Lars Nootbaar nor do I have one on Aaron Judge. (This is Stella's delulu kicking in)
This isn't like any normal stadium because there are multiple games next to each other.     So sometimes they will 2 different teams, from the same team go to a different field and play games at the same time just obviously different teams. Well not always but most of the time it is. Zoey stops me in my thoughts to tell me to look at her brother. Will she just give it a rest already? He doesn't like me and I don't like him. She needs to get out of her fantasy world and snap back to reality.
We find a seat. Which is in right field. Shocker right? It's like she's trying to set me up, but little does she know that Aaron Judge also plays right field so technically I'm just chilling here. She thinks I'm smiling because of Lars, but I'm not.

"Ok miss match maker who do you like then?" I ask.

"Oh that's easy. Nolan Gorman."

"Then why aren't we sitting closer to 2nd base?"

"Because we aren't here for me. Even though I can still see him from here."

"Have you ever talked to Nolan?"

"No, but-"

I cut her off and began talking.
"SEE I TOLD YOU! stop telling me to talk to your brother if you've never even talked to the guy you like."

"I hate it when you're right." She groans.

I laugh. The game is about to start so I put my phone away and pay attention. When Lars comes out to right field I didn't realize how close these seats are to him. Hopefully he doesn't have a crush on me or else this would majorly suck for him. He would probably mess up if he knew I was out here. Knowing his sister she will probably say something to mess him up. I guess I spoke too soon.

"LARSY!"  Zoey yells.
He's so close to us that if he was to catch a fly ball he could touch my hand.

He glances at her then looks away.

Zoey whispers to me: "he's just shy because you're here."

I shove her and tell her to watch the game and stop looking at her brother. My brother is so far away from me. I'd rather be over there I think? Or do I like that Lars is right next to me? I don't want to think about that right now. All I know is my one goal in life is to be a MLB wife. I don't know by who though. I'll figure it sooner or later. I'm taken out of my thoughts of Zoey yelling at me and I don't know why until a ball hits me right in the head. Must've been a foul ball or something. I look over to see who hit it. Of course Aaron Judge. Curse Zoey for picking these seats. I blame her for this. I see Lars looking up at me and mouths "Are you okay?" I nod. Even though I'm really not okay. I really wish he could've just teleported and caught that ball. I can't even imagine what the announcers are saying about me on the tv or the radio. I'll probably be on Americas funniest home videos or something.

"Zoey I'm gonna go."

"Nooo at least stay to watch Nootie bat!"

"Fine."

He hits a home run of course. I then leave. My head is pounding so hard right now. I think I have a major bruise on the top of my head. Great. Just what I needed. I can just hear what Nolan will say to me. He will probably lecture me about how I should've been behind home-plate where the net is so I can't get hurt.  I'm in too much pain to walk back to the hotel so I take a bus. Then I get a text. Now, baseball players aren't supposed to be on their phones during the game so why is Nolan, Lars, and Aaron texting me? I will never know.

Notification:
Nolan😎: Are you ok?? Lars feels so bad for not catching it!

Notification:
Lars Nootbaar: hey I am so sorry for not catching that! I really hope you are okay and not mad at me! I'll buy you what you want after the game.

Notification:
Aaron Judge: Sorry for hitting that. I hope you're ok. Maybe we can meet up after the game if you are ok with that?

I only respond to Nolan because I know he will go crazy if I don't say something.

Stella: I'm fine. Don't worry about me and play your game!
Nolan: Are you still here?
Stella: no I'm on my way back to the hotel.
Nolan: Ok see you after the game.

I leave him on read and debate on responding to the other two. I know I should but I don't know if I want to. I know they all keep apologizing, but it's my fault for being lost in thought and Zoeys fault for picking those seats. She needs to stop playing match maker and let me live my life. I'm not even sure if I want to date right now anyways. She needs to focus on her own love life instead of mine. I decided to respond to both of them because I feel rude not to.

Stella: Hey Lars, it's not a problem. Nothing you could've done. And if you're talking about anything then I suggest you taking me out to dinner.

Stella: Aaron, it's totally fine. It's not your fault and maybe we could hang out some other time. I'm going to hang out with my brother and the team.

Ok so maybe I lied to Aaron, but I didn't want to say I was going on a 'date' with one of my brothers teammates. Let alone friends. Zoey will be pleased, but I'm not going to tell Zoey anything. Lars responded fast to my message.

Lars: what restaurant and time?

Red Robin is such an amazing choice, but I'm not sure if he likes that. Oh well he told me to pick.

Stella: Red Robin. And whenever the game is over.

Lars: alright. See ya then!

A/n: HEYYY give me ideas on what you want more of.
