Track 2: Breaking Down
No one knows how I push you away
Each time I do that, you always stay
You keep saying you love me
But you can't keep from hurting me.
No one knows how I cry every night
Creeping in the dark, I can't see the light
Now I couldn't even sleep
'Cause I'm falling so hard and deep
But you are not strong enough to catch me as I fall.
Chorus
And I'm breaking down
Trying to hide the sound
of the pain vibrating from my heart
Ripping it all apart
Tears keep rolling down
For the love that I thought I finally found.—
Huhu wala na dapat ito sa list kasi... sinulat ko 'to no'ng kasagsagan ng kahulugan ng pen name ni Agori. The unloved... 2020 when I tried (believe me, I tried TT) to save what was left of Agori's memories nang mabuksan ko ang book of lyrics ko one midnight after work... and yes, past midnight ko 'to ni-rerecord when all of my flatmates were on a graveyard shift. Tears keep rolling down for the love I thought I finally found. Akala kasi ni Agori, si Adam na. Great love daw... pero bakit ilang taon siyang pinaiyak? Bakit ilang taon niyang iniyakan?
May secret kasi iyon, guys—ano, uhm... kabiguan. Charot! 🤭
Pero on a serious note, salamat talaga sa mga nagbigay ng oras para basahin 'tong lyrics. I feel heard. Sooo many years ago, pinagkaitan ko ang sarili kong mapakinggan ng ibang tao. Sooo many years ago, sometimes when I miss you, I put those records on ang soundtrack ng buhay ko. :)
