17. Mahabharat & Devraj Karna

Due to the plan of Karna the opposite side was not seen. Krishna new that it was the plan of Karna to keep his powers hidden and not play all of his cards. After all a warrior show never show his moves together.

The people were ready to go for war but all minus Karna , Rukmini , Bhagwan Parshuram and Mata Dharini all froze.

The 4 saw the divine seen in front of them which had tears in the eyes of Karna. Though he had read the Geeta but it had a different to see lord Krishna giving the gyaan of Geeta.

Karna joint his hands in front of the Virat swroop of Lord Vishnu. The other 3 understood about the felling of Karna and smiled.

Soon the time was unfroze and Karna stood in front of his army and said.

Karna- This fight is not for a land but this fight is for dharma! After this war Dharma will win of adharma and righteousness will be ruling aryavart! This is not just a war between 2 Sena's but it is a Mahabharat!
All- Har Har Mahadev!

All of the warriors marched towards Kurukshetra. Prajapati's who were going to be the sarthi's Karna convinced them to fight the war. While Narad muni did become the sarthi of Karna. Brahmarishi Vishwamitra also joint the side of Karna.

Seeing Varuna dev participating in the war along side his son , Yama , Vayu , Indra and the Ashvini Kumar's came to fight with their mortal sons.

The shanknaad was done and the people roared and started the war. The Sena of the alliance had 259 akshauhini Sena and the team of Karna had 77 akshauhini Sena.

Karna along with Varunadev , Rukmi and Shon were the only seen by the opposite team. Karna had created Sharvadro Bhadra Vyuh the same as Bhishma.

Karna shot a green arrow in the sky and the came the prajapati's , Bhargava Parshuram , Brahmarishi Vishwamitra , The 4 sons of Karna and they started to annihilate the army of the alliance.

Then from the side of the alliance came the sons of the kuruvansh. But they were no where near the great sages and the sons of Karna.

Banasur was creating havoc so Karna shot a black arrow in air and asked the great Shukracharya and Mahabali along with their Sena to come and fight.

Seeing the king of patal , the guru of patal and the Sena of asurs. The people on the Banasur army started to tremble. Banasur challenged his father to a fight in arrogance and before he could call Lord shiva Karna beheaded him with the Naag Astra.

The army of patal along with Mahabali and shukra fought with valour and defeated the army of of Sonita.

Bhagwan Parshuram was fighting with the king of Vatsa and Darsarna. To aid them small kings came and one of them told about how his family would be dead in lord shiva didn't revive them. Bhagwan wrecked a havoc and killed 21 Kshatriya kings once again with only his Bhargav Astra.

Shon fought with the naag king Lohita and his Sena. Both of them fought with valour and they both used different weapons. Shon gave the Gandiv to Varuna dev as he had no bow and he used the pinak to kill the army and king Lohita. He later fought Surasena and finally killing the ex ruler of Mathura.

Rukmi fought the king of Sivi and the father of Devika. They both fought with swords and Rukmi hurt him brutally. That's when Devika came to save her father along with Yaudheya. Seeing this Rukmini and Aryan came to help Rukmi.
Rukmini fought with Devika and Devika though being an exceptional warrior princess she couldn't win against Veerlakshmi.
Yaudheya fought with Aryan and both were having a deadly fight with each other. The fight was neck to neck and finally with his spear Aryan pierced the heart of Yaudheya.

Lord hanuman was fighting Dantavakra and his Sena. He didn't show his Virat roop till now as he was just toying with them. Later by the end of the day he finished them all along with 100 akshauhini Sena of the alliance.

As for Karna he fought the 4 celestial fathers of the Pandavas. He tied Yama in Yamapas , the Vajra of Indra was caught by Karna and he used that same Vajra to kill the son of Indra. Karna didn't want to waste his time fighting Arjun as he thought of Arjun as a child who needed everyone's support.

Karna then summoned the Vastivik Shakti and aimed towards Indra. Then Karna in a thunderous voice said "Leave now or else see your doom! I Karna curse you 4 gods that you will not be revived if killed!" Indra in arrogance said "Your own father is protecting you so why came we! Isn't he a god as well!" "He might be the son of Mata Aditi but was he considered as one! Didn't you stop my brothers to gain knowledge from Devguru! Leave now or else you know the power of this vastivik shakti in my hands!" said Karna.

But Indra was adamant and raised his bow and boom Devraj Indra was killed by his own Vastavik Shakti. Karna had killed Devraj Indra which shocked all. Suddenly the Astras of Indra came in Indra along with his powers.

Karna used The Maheshwar astra and burned the body of Indra and and with Vayu Astra the ashes of Indra was vanished in thin air.

Suddenly the winds started to blow and the fallen crown of Indra came and was placed in the head of Karna. Then the wife of Indra committed Sati as her husband died.

Suddenly there came Mata Adi-Parashakti and said.

Para- The death of Indra with the hands of Karna marks Karna as the new king of Dev Lok! From today you will be called Devraj Karna!

And with that the day 1 of war ended with drama.
