as the ambulance pulled up, they had to strap eren down because he was screaming and shaking and crying (while still shitting). they arrived at the hospital and eren was put into a diaper bcs he couldn't stop shitting.. the doctors examined the pink thing and x rayed eren, coming to the conclusion that it was his large intestine. eren was getting tired and fell asleep, later flatlining.
