It's been a year since Jia shifted to jaechans apartment a lot of things have happened in this span of a year ill give you a summary of the things that happened more like points

• hongjoo again tried to pull them apart but failed

• Jia and Jaechan got promoted

• Jia's brother almost died

• jaechan got shot

• jia was poisoned

um yeah thats it or not??

Things were going well when one-day Hongjoo came to their house to invite Jia to a dinner

"I'll bring Jaechan with me" Jia replied to Hongjoo

her missing her aunt and as she had a soft spot for her aunt she went to their house

A few moments later they were sitting at the dinner table when Hongjoo suddenly started acting weird

"Unnie here drink this," she said while giving Jia a glass of juice

"What about Jae-chan?" She asked while taking the glass

"O-oh I forgot" and she went back and bought him a glass

"Unnie taste this mojito i made it" Hongjoo said

Jia took a sip when Jaechan realized something was up with the drink

"JIA NO" he screamed as he was sitting on the opposite side of Jia

She swallowed the mojito and asked, "What happened Chan?"

"Finally he belongs to me" Hongjoo said while going towards Jaechan

"W-what the-"Until Jia finished she fell while blood started coming out from her mouth

"Yes Unnie I  poisoned you again JAECHAN BELONGS TO ME" she screamed

"Jia no please wake up please don't close your eyes"
Jae-chan cried while holding her

"C-chan I lo-ve you t-take care a-and move on hmm?" She said while tears were falling from her eyes as she wiped Jaechan's tears

"Jia no you promised please don't do this to your chan," Jaechan said crying

"I'm sorry," Jia said and took her last breath jaechan started crying out loudly "Why hongjoo can't you see me happy why did you do that I loved her?"

Looking at Jaechan holding her body while crying out loud hongjoo felt her heart break into pieces

I took away his happiness and my own cousin's life

Jae-chan stood up and gulped down the rest of the juice before Hongjoo could stop him

"If she can't have me nor can you," Jaechan said wiping his mouth with the back of his hand and laid beside Jia while keeping her head on his chest slowly intertwining their fingers

"It ends with us jia" he slowly mumbled while kissing her forehead for the very last time before death consumed him

There was Hongjoo's mother with Jia's brother who just entered the house shocked by her daughters doing Jias brothers Xiao-chi a world-famous lawyer filed a case on Hongjoo for double murder while Hongjoo's mother lived in her old house where the lovers died Jaechans brothers after his marriage named his son jaechan as he believed jaechan's and Jia's love story would continue again
