I was sitting in the back until I saw someone familiar but this time it wasn't Stephen.. is that Jennifer... OMG it is! I had met Jennifer in the summer she's a family friend and she was really cool. She can be shy sometimes but only when she's nervous...I decided to get up and talk to her.
"Jennifer?"I asked nervously,hoping that it's her.
"Katherine?OMG it's so nice to see you !Do you want to sit with me?".
"Of course. So Jennifer,why are you here?"
"My mom wanted me to switch school."
"Oh."
We were talking until I saw Stephen with his friends and at that
moment,I couldn't stop staring at him.
"So I see you like Stephen." Jennifer said,smiling.
"How did you know?"
"Maybe it's because you keep drooling over him."She laughed.
"Haha,is it that obvious.Well I have a date with him tonight."
"Wait,isn't he going out with Rebecca?"
"Yeah,but he wants to get to know me, and how did you know he was going out with her?You've only been here for a few hours."
"Yeah,but they make it kind of obvious with the typical cliché thing.... and she's such a bitch."
"I agree with you on that."
Jennifer and I exchange numbers and went back to class.
After school I was gonna start getting ready for my date tonight. I was picking out outfits to wear when my brother came inside my room.
"Uh hey,get out."
"Relax.Mom and dad wanted me to tell you that they're going on a business trip."
"Ok."
"What are you getting dress for anyways?"
"I'm going on a date tonight."
"Wait,wait my baby sister is going on a date with who?"Christopher asked,being all protective.
"....With Stephen."
"Oh my gosh,wait...the one who lives across from us?"
"Yes,him."
"Ok baby sis,be careful and don't dress like a slut."
"I'm not,don't worry."
He left my room and went in his. This time I closed my room shut. I soon picked out an outfit. It was a tan long sleeve shirt,with a red skirt that had a black waist band,black heels,with black knee high socks and a black jacket. To say the truth,I looked fantastic. Not too casual for dinner and not too dressy for the movies. Just perfect.This is my first date and I think I actually look good. I decided to leave my hair down and curl it.
When I was finished,my phone buzzed. It was a messaged from Stephen saying he was outside.
I grabbed my tan mini purse and ran downstairs.Then opened the front door of the house and ran to his car. On my way out Christopher popped his head out of the house door and shouted,"Don't come home later than 12:00,Ok?"
"Ok"
"And be safe"
"Yeah,OK"
"Are you even listening?"
"Yeah."I said opening Stephens door.
"Hey,You look beautiful"Stephen said to me as soon as I got in his car,which made me blush.
"Thanks."
"Ready?"He questioned.
"Ready."
