Maizie woke up to hushed voices, a painful side and a even more painful head. "We still have holy oil, right?" Deans rough voice rung through her head, "For what?" Sam's voice was soft, as if he had just been crying. "Cause we're gonna have to hit him with everything we got." Deans voice was determined, "Hold on a second. Can we just talk about what happened back there?" Sam cut him off. Maizie tried to open her eyes but the bright lights burned her irises as she cracked them open halfway.

"Sure. Which part? Let's see. Crowley's dead, Kelly's dead, Cas is-" He takes a sharp intake of breath. "Mom's gone, and apparently, the Devil's kid hit puberty in thirty seconds flat. Oh, and Maizie is on the brink of death. Let's not forget he also attacked us." Deans words made Maizie freeze. Cas couldn't be gone.

"Yeah, because you tried to shoot him."

"I tried to shoot the monster, Sam. It's kind of what we do." He looked back at Maizie with soft eyes. "Besides, Maizie would never hurt him. So why did he knock her out huh? He's evil Sam."

Sam let out a sigh, "We don't know what he is yet, Dean. And I had it under control." Dean shook his head at his brother, "I'm sorry. Are you defending the Son of Satan?" Sam let out a frustrated breath, "I'm not defending anything. I'm just saying, look, with everything that's happened, I'm obviously spun out also, but we need a plan." He optimistically told his brother.

Dean dramatically nodded his head "Yeah, kill him! Okay? That's the plan. Look, right now all that matters is finding him, and ending him, before he hurts anybody else. And once we do that we'll figure everything else out."

"Is Cas really gone?" Maizies soft voice brought Dean out of his mood, turning his eyes up to the rearview mirror the man looked back at Maizie with gentle eyes, "Hey kid, how's your head?" Maizie let out a small grunt as she sat up. "Painful." She cracked a small tearful smile, "Is he really gone?" she questioned again.

Dean answered the teenager softly, "Yeah he is. I'm sorry kid." Her smile turned downwards and she laid back down, trying to keep her tears in. Not only had she lost Kelly, but they had lost Cas as well. And the brothers that had taken her in when she had no one, lost the most important person in their life once again.

The three had been driving in silence for about five minutes, when Deans voice broke the uncomfortable silence. "Well. You really think that Lucifer Junior is at Pirate Pete's Jolly Treats? That he was like what, 'Before I destroy the world, let me just grab a bag of curly fries!'" He parked the car on the free space, "Look, if he would've kept to the main road, he would have walked past it. And I don't know-"

"Fine, just make it quick." Dean waved his brother off, already unlocking the car doors. Sam slightly deflated, "You're not coming?"

Dean looked at his brother, "No. Look, maybe you're right. Maybe the Devil's kid is in there just hanging out. Or maybe he's halfway across the country, torching Chicago. I'm gonna call Jody, check in, see if she can't help us put a nationwide APB out on the creepy satanic nudist."

"Good." "Good is not the word I would use." Dean mumbled. Maizie quickly sat up and rolled her window down, "Heya Sammy! You reckon you could get me some food?" She yelled at the tallest brother, who only send her a thumbs up before walking into the fast-food restaurant. "Thanks!" She rolled the window back up and gave Dean a confused look when he got out of the car, "Where are you going?" Dean looked back at the girl, "Stay here." Maizie send him an even more confused look but complied to his request. "Alright."

She simply stayed seated in the back, slightly moving the rearview mirror to her so that she could check out her head. A small cut was placed on the left top side of her forehead. She turned and grabbed the bandages she had put in the door, taking out one and placing it onto the cut. Securing it with medical tape the girl put everything back and turned her head back to the entrance door when she heard the bell jingle.

She saw Sam making his way back to the car, Dean was conversing with a drunk woman about god knows what when he joined them, "Dude, what'd you do to your hand?" Sam incredulously asked him, "Don't ask. He's super sensitive." The drunk woman slurred out. Maizie let out a small snicker at her words which made Dean roll his eyes, "You got anything?"

"Yeah, I - I know where he is." Sam replied as he looked inbetween the three of them, "Good. Great," He opened the drivers door, "Let's go."

"What did you do to your hand?" Maizie asked Dean as they pulled away, "Nothing you need to worry 'bout kid." She and Sam made eye contact in the rear view mirror and both held puzzled looks on their faces. "Yeah," She unconvincingly replied back, "Whatever you say Deano."

"So what, we just tase him?" The three hunters were sneaking into the police station, Dean leading, Maizie following behind him and Sam behind the two of them. "Yes." Deans gruff voice replied, "Okay," Maizie unsurely said, "But what if he's not evi-" "Do not finish that sentence." Deans eyes burned into hers as he cut her off. "Technically I was already finished, but fine." She stubbornly said.

With a roll of his eyes the oldest Winchester kicked the door open and held his gun up towards the golden eyed kid. "Hey." Jacks eyes begin to glow, not noticing Maizie stood behind the man as he struggled to get up.

With the sound of a taser being shot Jack falls forward, struck on his back by Sam who had appeared behind him and shot the kid with his taser. "Nice shot." Dean said, "How did you even-" Maizie was cut off by a sharp pain in her chest, causing the brunette to take a deep breathe and fall forward towards Dean, who had turned around the moment she winced in pain. "Maze!" The taller man caught the teenager in his arms and quickly moved to lay her down on a couch.

"Maizie, hey kid." He leaned towards her to check if she was still breathing, leaning back in approval when he felt air leave her slightly parted mouth. "Is she okay?" Sam had made his way towards them after checking if Jack was okay, "I don't know Sam." Dean replied in an agitated tone.

Neither of the brothers heard the small whimper leave the teenagers mouth the moment the pain struck her chest, "Jack."
