"Ready?, john asks marlena  as he uncaps the needle and picks up the solution to inject her with.

You know I hate needles, but I'm getting better.

marlena told her husband as she
roll up her shirt for him.

John rubs the antistatic wipe over marlena's belly.

Ready now?, he asks her.

Marlena move a little bit to position herself from the bed and says, yes, now.

Okey, john said and he  inserting the needle in marlena's stomach.

You okay?, john asked his wife

Yeah, marlena replied.

All done, john said as he
he puts the cap back on the needle resting it on the side table.

Marlena started  to cry.

John opens his arms and wraps marlena  in a big bear hug.

Sweetheart are you ok?, john asked  his wife.

I'm a little nervous, what if they mess up or what if our embryos don't take? Or what if I just don't get pregnant?, Like what if we use all the embryos and I don't get pregnant that's my biggest fear john.

Marlena told her husband as she
wipe her eye as a tear comes racing down it.

let's think positive for now, john told his wife.

Marlena nod as she  laying back in his embrace.

I will think positive until our next date when we are set to go back to the doctors to see if we are pregnant, but right now I just don't feel too well.

Marlena told her husband.

"Nauseous?, Are you tired?, john asked his wife as he felt her forehead.

You are a little warm, do you feel warm?, john asks his wife.

Marlena shake her head and says,
No I feel okay just my stomach.

John ties marlena's hair up in a messy ponytail.

Feel like you are going to get sick?, john asked  her.

Yeah, my belly is out of control, "Mhh, Ohhh, john I'm going to be sick, marlena told her husband.

John helped marlena to the bathroom and she hunch over the toilet bowl.

John rubs marlena's back soothingly.

Marlena was done throwing up.

"I wish we could just get pregnant naturally like why can't we just be like a normal couple who has sex all the time and boom gets pregnant?.
Marlena asked her husband.

"Because we aren't quitters and God knows that, so he passed his hardest challenge to us and he is testing us, but Honey we can do it.

I believe in us and I believe in the team of doctors and more importantly I believe in you Sweetheart, john told his wife.

John kisses marlena's temple and she start to cry.

I just I'm sorry, my emotions are all over the place Babe and  I just want to give you a baby so badly,
Marlena told her husband.

Together we will create one we will have one or multiples and our hard work will pay off in the end.

"Come on let's get to the doctor so they can do the embryo transfer.

john, told his wife as he takes her hand and helps her stand up.

Can you believe today is the day?, Like it's finally here after two weeks it's here and we can see after a few more days if we are going to be mommy and daddy, Marlena told her husband.
