Joe POV

"Caspar! Are you coming to pick up my suit with me or not?" I yelled downstairs to Caspar, who was doing who knows what.

"Yeah, I'll be up in a second just let me grab something." He yelled back. Seconds later he was coming up the stairs and we were on our way.

"Do you have anything else you need to pick up after the suit?" Caspar asked once I had gotten my suit and shoes.

"Yeah, I need to pick up some flowers for her but otherwise I think I have everything." I said checking the time on my phone. I had an hour yet to have everything prepared.

"Hey Babe, how are you?" I asked when Aviary opened the door and I gave her a peck on the cheek. She looked stunning in her long black and silver sequined dress.

"Amazing now that I'm with you. Where are we going?" She responded, giving me a kiss on the cheek and intertwining her fingers with mine.

"That's for me to know and you to find out." I responded with a smirk.

Aviary POV

"Jenni, which dress looks best?" I asked, holding two different dresses up in front of my body for her to see.

"I told you I liked the black and sliver one best like six times! Just buy that one." She responded combing her hand through her hair and rolling her eyes sarcastically.

"You think Joe will like it?" I asked, turning back to the full length store mirror and examining the dress.

"You could show up in a trash bag and he would still end up drooling over you." Jenni responded with a light laugh.

-----------------------------------------------------

"So, where are you guys going?" Jenni asked wiggling her eyebrows suggestively.

"No clue, apperently everything needs the be a surprise." I replied, Curling another strand of my hair around the hot iron.

"You guys have been going out for ages, do you think he's gonna you know. . ." She hesitated with a smile. "Pop the question?" She asked, smiling again.

I looked back at my reflection and frowned. "Oh, I don't know. Joe just doesn't seem like he wants that kind of commitment right now. How long has it been, six months? I just don't think he would go for that." I replied sighing. I turned back to Jenni who seemed to be having the time of her life as she was laughing uncontrollably. "What?" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows at her.

She got her laughter under control and responded. "You must not pay much attention to the world around you then."

I was just about to ask what she meant when I heard the buzzer sound and I let Joe up. He looked amazing in his dark grey suit and black tie. I'm glad I dressed up.

"Hey Babe, How are you?" He asked giving me a peck on the cheek. He does this every time I see him but it still gives me butterflies every time.

"Amazing now that I'm with you. Where are we going?" I asked, hoping he would reveal the mystery destination to me as I intertwined my fingers with his.

"That's for me to know and you to find out." He replied with a cute little smirk. I guess I'll just have to wait.

Joe POV

Once we left her building I had her close her eyes to assure she wouldn't find out where we were going prematurely. Jennifer had told me that where she works had gotten a whole new establishment and that she would be running the kitchen along with the fact that she had reserved the entire outdoor section just for us so we would't be bothered. We had finally gotten to the front doors when a seemingly frazzled Jennifer had ran through the doors before us, causing us both to jump.
