During the regression sessions, Sarah was guided into a deep state of relaxation, where she could access her subconscious memories. In those altered states of consciousness, she recounted vivid details of Elizabeth's life—the joys, the heartaches, and the struggles she endured.

Sarah travels to a subconscious life

Elizabeth had always felt like an outsider, even from a young age. Born into a wealthy and prestigious family, she should have been living a life of privilege and luxury. However, the expectations placed upon her were suffocating, and she yearned for something more meaningful than just societal conventions.

From a tender age, Elizabeth showed a deep compassion for others and a keen interest in the natural world. She found solace in spending time with the household staff, listening to their stories and empathizing with their struggles. Her parents, however, saw this as a weakness and insisted she focus on her studies and preparing for her future role as a proper lady.

As she grew older, Elizabeth's feelings of alienation intensified. The lavish parties and social gatherings her parents hosted felt hollow and insincere. She often retreated to the gardens, where she could escape the confines of her privileged life and be one with nature.

One day, while wandering through the woods on the estate, Elizabeth came across a group of traveling gypsies. Their nomadic lifestyle and deep connection to the Earth fascinated her, and she felt an inexplicable kinship with them. She secretly visited the gypsies whenever she could, learning their customs and traditions, and finding a sense of belonging she had never experienced before.

As the years passed, Elizabeth's unconventional behavior and fascination with the gypsies became a source of concern for her family. They feared that her association with the outsiders would tarnish the family name and jeopardize her future marriage prospects. To control her, they confined her to the mansion, allowing her no contact with the outside world.

Isolated and desperate to escape the suffocating environment, Elizabeth's mental health began to deteriorate. She suffered from vivid nightmares and waking hallucinations, where she envisioned herself as a free-spirited gypsy woman roaming the countryside. These visions further distanced her from reality, blurring the lines between her privileged upbringing and her yearning for a life of authenticity and simplicity.

Elizabeth's parents, desperate to salvage their reputation, sought the help of various physicians and psychiatrists. None could truly understand the depth of her inner turmoil. Instead, they prescribed her sedatives and treatments that left her feeling numb and disconnected.

Despite her struggles, Elizabeth's spirit refused to be broken entirely. During rare moments of clarity, she would escape the confines of her room and find solace in the nearby woods, feeling the earth beneath her feet and the wind in her hair. These fleeting moments brought a sense of peace, but they also reinforced her inner conflict.

Gasping for breath and heart pounding, Sarah woke up in distress from a bad dream that felt all too real.

The remnants of the haunting images and distress life of Elizebeth lingered in her mind, refusing to fade.

In the darkness, she clutched the sheets tightly, I gave her  comfort and reassurance that the nightmare was merely an illusion.

The vividness of the dream had left her shaken, as if she had stepped into a nightmarish realm that she couldn't escape.

Slowly, I tried to rationalize that it was just a creation of her subconscious, but the residual fear weighed heavily on her chest.

As the dawn broke through the curtains, she yearned to shake off the lingering unease, hoping to leave the disturbing life of Elizebeth behind in the shadows where it belonged.
