After being terrified of Knowing the True Elizebeth Sarah is more connected to her pain.

While I try comforting her about realities..

The dreams and hallucinations don't leave her and it's disturbing an heartbreaking to watch my love of life in pain...

Sarah often experiencing intense and imaginative dreams that felt like another reality....

One fateful night, she awoke from a particularly harrowing dream, her heart pounding in her chest. In the dream, she had been chased through a dark forest by shadowy figures, and the fear she felt was all too real.

As Sarah tried to calm her racing heart, she noticed an unusual sensation on her face. Her fingertips grazed over tender skin, and to her shock, she felt real bruises marring her once-smooth complexion....

Confused and frightened, she rushed to the bathroom mirror and gasped at the sight before her. The bruises were unmistakably real, dark splotches marring her delicate features.

Frantic, Sarah tried to piece together what could have caused such injuries, but her memories were hazy.

The dream felt so vivid, almost as if it had seeped into reality, but she couldn't comprehend how that could be possible. She had never experienced anything like this before.

Unable to find an explanation, Sarah confided in to me, Sarah. I am a practical and level-headed person, but even I was baffled by the strange occurrence....

Concerned for her friend's well-being, I took her back to Dr.

Together, we visited Dr. Robertson,. Sarah recounted the dream and her inexplicable injuries, and listened intently, contemplating every detail.

Dr. Robertson proposed a theory that left me and Sarah stunned. He suggested that Sarah might be experiencing episodes of sleepwalking, and her dreams could be so intense that she physically acted them out while asleep....

The injuries on her face could be the result of accidental self-harm during one of these episodes.....

Intrigued but skeptical, I and Sarah agreed to participate in a sleep study at the local hospital. For several nights, she was monitored while sleeping, and the results were startling. The sleep study confirmed that Sarah was indeed experiencing sleepwalking episodes triggered by intense and vivid dreams.

To address the sleepwalking, Dr. Robertson recommended stress-reducing techniques, such as meditation and relaxation exercises, to calm her mind before bedtime.

He also prescribed mild sedatives to help improve her sleep quality and reduce the frequency of these episodes.

As Sarah began implementing the suggested changes, she noticed a gradual improvement. The intensity of her dreams lessened, and the sleepwalking episodes became less frequent.

While the bruises on her face had been real, Sarah came to understand that they were a manifestation of her subconscious struggles, rather than a direct result of her dreams.

Through therapy, she delved into the deeper emotions and fears that the dreams represented, allowing her to confront and work through them.

With time and patience, Sarah regained a sense of stability and control over her life. She continued to explore the mysteries of her mind with Dr. Robertson guidance, gradually finding peace within herself.
