For the longest time, Seungmin believed he was not the one responsible for his brother's death. But as years went by, the picture in his mind of his brother lying dead in front of him became hazier and hazier.
He knew he loved Minho a lot, but there were times when he did question Minho's love for him.
''Hyung... you didn't have to do that. ''
Minho stopped writing and looked at him.
''What do you mean, Seungmin?''
''The report. ''
Minho sighed and went back to his writing, slouching back in his chair as he lifted up a paper in his hands and stared at it.
''I told you we'd never speak about this again. ''
''Hey, you're a new student, right?''
It takes a genius to know a genius.
''Can I talk to you, Seungmin?''
Ever since his parents' demise, Seungmin had always been cautious of the world surrounding him.
''Lee Minho. Sixteen years old. Homeschooled. Has a weird obsession with cats and loves to cook for some reason. ''
It hadn't taken long for Seungmin to absorb all that information. He understood Felix on a lot of levels. And that day, he realised that Felix and he shared a lot of things in common.
And so, he let his guard down around him. Willingly.
"You're Seungmin, aren't you? Kim Seungmin... the one my brother has quite an obsession for. "
"Who... who are you? How'd you know me?"
"I've been keeping an eye on you for a while. And I must say, you're quite interesting, Kim Seungmin. "
When did they get so close?
They say, one day, the truth will come to light and show you people's side you never thought you'd see.
Kim Seungmin wasn't so sure if he wanted to ever see that day.
But he promised himself,
He would find himself.
Himself. The Kim Seungmin who lost himself in trying to love others.
He would find his brother.
He would find his parents.
And he would find himself.
