This was the second to last to see. We went to three buildings. I decided on this building and placed my bid. I didn't even get a chance to get to my Porsche when the realtor yelled my name.
Ms. Howard the owner accepted your low bid which was surprising to me. Why is that? This has been on the market for three months already. I heard she wanted to get rid of this last building before she left to move to Japan. I am glad she was willing to sell me the building for that price. They left and I followed the realtor back to her office. This didn't take long. I went to look what was needed to get my business license which would be tomorrow. On the way I spoke to the current employees and doctors. I gave them the news. They said they would go tomorrow so the alarm company could install the alarm and rekey all the locks. The windows could be ordered to be replaced after I told them why. I would order my signs to be ordered tomorrow. I did alot today. I was just glad all vehicles passed smog and they are all legal now. Eric mentioned a guy named John who was a handy man which I needed as well as a man named Harold Wright who could clean my pool, work on the motors of if it was needed and he had his own gardening business. I contacted Harold and asked him to go see the home and business site and text me his cost for both. He said okay. Next was to order some furniture that I didn't have for the center. All would be done tomorrow. I sold some of the furniture. I wanted a new look. I finally left to go back to their home to relax some and do some ordering on line. This took about two hours.
I contacted John and told him I bought two new properties and would like him to putty up existing holes and paint the interior. I gave him the names for each room of the paint chips that I taped to each room. I asked him to the center first. The house I could move in and have him paint than unless he was done before closing occurred for the house. I told him my employees would be at the center tomorrow and they would let him in. They would be moving their equipment and furniture in. They would be there at 8 and probably would be there until 4. He said he would go by to give me an estimate. I told him who to see to get keys and the guest alarm code. He said he could begin working on the center tomorrow night after he got off of work but would place the order of supplies at home depot. He said he had a few other men who would work too and are trust worthy. He told me their names. I had met a few of them already. He said some would bring the supplies and start doing the work tomorrow afternoon. We would get everything done by Saturday evening. I ended the conversation and made myself something to eat after I went for a jog. I would need to find a fitness club as I didn't want to buy fitness equipment for my home. I liked going to fitness clubs . This way I could meet more people. I got on line after I returned and took a shower. I would read the yelp reviews and ask Adrian and Katie their feedback on the fitness places I looked up. It was close to nine when they returned from their date.
How did everything go? Adrian everything went fine. I received my estimates for my home and the business on both and Harold came by for me to sign his contracts. He is a very nice man. Yes he is. He does our home here and the businesses. I also had the water and electricity as well as garbage started for each. Tomorrow John a photographer will go to both places to give me estimates for both to putty up existing holes and paint. He and the others will have the center done by Saturday evening. He will start on the house afte he gets off a work on Monday to start on the house. I told him he could work there while I moved . It's getting late and I have alot to do tomorrow.
