[A/n POV] When someone is a overthinker, it takes a whole lot other approach to calm their nerves down as they can and will already predict the consequences of a action and will play them all on repeat in their head just to get accustomed to that.
Anika was someone like so. She was constantly playing all the "what if" scenarios regarding what could happen to Rocky in her head like a record player on repeat which was causing her nerves to burst in panic. Rocky, who was sitting beside her, saw how she was nibbling on her lower lip and how her fingers were streching themselves once in a while in tension.
He knew what was happening to her and that he must put a stop to it or she will be very tense and rigid during the whole flight. So after thinking for a moment, Rocky started to speak about the fond memories he had with Kashim during his childhood to divert Anika's mind.
Which was seemingly doing it's job pretty perfectly as he notice how she stopped abusing her lips and how her posture was turning into a more relaxed one. Rocky continued on with his memories and soon Anika was smiling ear to ear while laughing hearing his stories of annoying the hell out of Kashim.
Rocky also had a soft smile on his face seeing that he was able to divert Anika's attention and now the girl is at ease. During the whole journey, the two friends got to know eachother even more and share some hilarious and embarrassing stories of their childhood to eachother.
After a long 2 - hour flight they arrive at Delhi and landed. Six to eight guards had Rocky and Anika surrounded but just to be extra careful, Anika made the guy wore a mask and sunglasses until they arrived at the hotel.
As they enter the hotel, the manager was standing there with a few of his crew members to welcome the king of KGF with open arms and a wide smile, which honestly freaked Rocky out a little. To not raise any kind of suspicions and to work on the plan for the upcoming event Rocky had booked a room with two single bedrooms and two bathrooms in it, to which Anika agreed to. And for the guards seven rooms.
The receptionist handed her the keys and then the manager took it upon themself to show them the room. The employees wanted to get their bags so to keep those in their room but the bodyguards were quick enough to get a hold of the luggages and started to walk behind Rocky and Anika who got busy talking to the manager.
Their rooms were on the sixth floor of the building. After arriving there through the elevator, the manager showed Anika and Rocky their room and then went onto to show the bodyguards their rooms. Rocky got the key from Anika and opening the door up, both of them got inside.
As he wanted to do some last moment review of the first step of the plan with Anika, he kept his bag on the bed on the left side of the room and turn towards his right to talk to her.
Rocky - Should we review the plan one last time then?
Anika nodded, agreeing to his words and patted the side beside her on the bed to let him know that he should come and sit beside her. Understanding what she meant, he went and sat down beside her.
