Journal pov:

The last few weeks have been kind of tense with Techno making last minute preparations for the war. I noticed that I don't talk as much as I used to, it's all been so complicated and... lonesome in a way. I've forsaken my friend and family and I won't be there for them if something happens. I keep telling myself that this is the right thing, but it makes me question why I made this decision in the first place.  Death isn't something I fear, could it be that I just....

this is a bunch of bullshit. 

I'm done lying to myself.

I can't face them.

I'm a coward. 

Yes.

I'm here to hide.

Again. 

I can't face them.

But that can change.

Its still not too late.

This whole deal is complicated and hard. 

I either choose my family or my friends.

Why does it have to be that kind of decision?

Well whatever it is, I gotta make it, and fast.

"Y'n, wake up..."

My eyes fluttered open quickly as I saw Techno leaning on the door frame. I was asleep sitting up in a chair, which was pretty normal since I can sleep pretty much anywhere in any position. "Whats up?" I asked. "I'm leaving for Pogtopia, just wanted to say goodbye" He said in his usual monotone voice. My expression darkened as I stood up. I took no time to hug him, the thought of him getting stabbed in the throat flashing into my mind. "Jesus nerd, your acting like im gonna die" He chuckled, awkwardly patting my head. I sighed, "Just because you the blood god doesn't mean you don't have a chance of dying." I huffed. "Last chance if you wanna come" He said, looking at me with a hint of sternness in his eyes. I looked down at my hands, seeing my delicate yet powerful hands and how every crease and bend made it look. I bit my lip and looked up at Technoblade.

"Okay."

Tommy's Pov: 

"Wilbur come on now mate, we can't be moping around" I said. Wilbur was sitting in the corner of his room in the ravine, accompanied by a whiskey bottle that was half full. I reached out my hand to pat him on the back but his hand moved quickly and slapped mine away. "Shut up." He spat, his eyes full of pain and anger. I paused before slowly retracting my hand away from him. "I'm sure Y/n left for a reason" I reassured. "She's going through a lot and-" "She didn't even tell us, SHE BETRAYED US TOMMY!!" Wilbur yelled before taking another swig of his whiskey. 

"She betrayed me."

Wilbur chuckled as his eye looked at me, his eye patch making him seem dead in a way. "And you know the funny part? I don't hate her for it. I can't bring myself to hate her." Wilbur said in a bitter tone as he looked up at the ceiling. "I love her mate, and it won't change. I just wish i could.... make... her.... stay with me. Forever, yknow what i mean?" Wilbur asked. I felt chills run down my spine. "I can't make up my mind, I think she can't either. At this point, she has to choose... Me or DreamXD." He chuckled in a sour tone. I looked away from Wilbur... no... not Wilbur. That's not my brother.... not anymore.

"Either way... Oh screw it, up you go mate, we got a bloody war to win" I said in a more optimistic tone then I intended as I held out my hand to him again. He hesitated for a moment before grabbing my hand and getting up. "yes... once we win, We'll find her."

As we walked down the narrow hallways of the cave, I began to think about what Wil said. "She betrayed me."

I mentally scoffed as I grabbed a bunch of swords off of an item frame. She wouldn't betray us, Y/n is a good soul with a kind heart. The vision of Dream appeared in my mind. He had been MIA for quite awhile but now that the war was on... 

I wonder what kind of footprint he will leave in the legacy of the smp...

And that green fucking bitch still has my disks!!

AUGH!

God dammit.

I'll have to get Tubbs and Y/n to help me get them back. 

Huzzah! I finally got out of my depression shell and got back into business. While i've been mia, ive been watching the numbers grow and we are at 12.8k! WTF XD!?! Y'all i appreciate you sososososo much and your support and comments bring me so much joy. The big finale is right around the corner and trust me when I say that I've got a plan for you. I've actually had this plan since chapter 22 buuuuut i had to find out how to fill in the space.
