Framed poem with Encrypted Notes saturated in flood water (written by me on a boring afternoon)

Reads:

Seeping through my window

The frigid dews of morn;

Staring as the ceiling movelessly flow

Flickering light from a lantern aglow

Rain tapping gently on our humble abode

Splaying joyfully across the road

Reminiscing a dream ever so cold

Questioning fate dreams foretold

Wandering through the edges of life

Seeing past everything and everyone aflight

Amongst every being we catch each other's sight

Staring blankly, then we saw light

We have become friends ever since;

Shared laughter even shed tears

All went on for countless years

Til we became more than dears

Everything was good, everything went on so

Butterflies flutter everywhere we go

We savor everything life has in store

Never aware of what fate really bore

Hand in hand we journeyed across the road of life

I went on though in strife

As we approach the depths of what might;

I turned, found you dissipating almost at the speed of light

I bellowed for your name but no one called;

Only then that the truth unfold

We can never be as you told

I suddenly woke as the thunder clapped

Tears fell warm against my lap

For a moment thought I it was true

But realized 'twas only a dream ever so cruel

Questions filled my brain

Pouring endlessly like the rain

My heart told me to use my head

Tears are precious, never again let it shed.
