(Jamie)
Once they arrived in Hawaii, the two boys lugged their suitcases behind them as they entered the hotel they would be staying at. Although the pair were tired and anxious to take a nap, Jamie perked up in excitement once he saw the place. He was in awe.
The hotel lobby featured white marble flooring, complimenting the eggshell walls. Looking closer, Jamie took notice of the hints of history scattered throughout the room. At the front entrance were a pair of Ionic columns, around the same color as the walls inside. The windows were also in the shape of small arches. Roman architechture took a lot of inspiration from Greek architecture, so Jamie assumed this building was constructed during the Renaissance. Hawaii built many buildings using traits from Roman architecture at the time.
(A/N: Small history lesson because I like my stories to be accurate and fact-pact. Feel free to correct me if I said anything that's wrong!!)
Jamie smiled to himself, excited to explore the state later on.
Kyle and Jamie navigated their way to the front desk, where they secured a key and their room number. Although some might consider it odd, the two boys didn't mind sharing a room, thinking it a more cost-effective solution than getting two separate rooms. Plenty of people share rooms on vacation; what could possibly go wrong?
As they walked up several flights of stairs, Jamie paused to look out some of the windows that were scattered along the way. It was getting to be dusk, the colors of the sky melting into one another. Tangerine twisted into a deep royal blue, which faded into an inky black, the whole scene sprinkled with stars. The view was breathtaking.
"Jamie?"
Jamie snapped out of his daze, and focused on Kyle, who he thought looked just as beautiful, if not more, than what lurked outside the windows.
"What?"
"Are you coming?" Kyle said with a smile.
Jamie took one last look before returning to his band partner, slinking his arm between the latter's.
"It really is a beautiful night, huh."
The duo reached their destination, thrilled to finally be able to get some rest after their lengthy flight. It was six hours, which meant it could of been worse, but six hours was still a quarter of a day. Where they were currently, it was around 10 pm, which would make it one in the morning back in LA. They definitely had a right to be tired.
Opening the door to their room, they were met with the sweet smell of vanilla (and possibly honey?) flooding their senses. The sizable bed in the middle of the room was covered with smooth silk sheets and a soft comforter the color of rubies. In the middle of the bed, arranged in the shape of a heart, were an overwhelming amount of cherry red rose petals.
Jamie wore a puzzled look.
"Did they put us in the wrong room?"
"Who cares!" Kyle exclaimed while flopping on the buoyant mattress, "I think we got upgraded!"
Jamie smiled to himself, amused with Kyle's cheerful attitude. Carefully putting down his things, Jamie slid into bed next to Kyle.

Sleep didn't come easy to Jamie. He was always a bit of an insomniac, often making sure to take his prescribed temazepam before bed. Unfortunately for him, he forgot it in LA. Of course, he could probably go to a drugstore to see if they had any substitutes, but that would have to wait until morning.
After an hour of staring at the ceiling, he began to get restless.
I'll just go for a quick walk to tire myself out, Jamie thought, knowing well it probably wouldn't help.
The boy began to get up, before he felt a warm hand placed on the small of his back, sending shivers down his spine. The arm attached to said hand snaked around his waist, lifting his shirt a little, so skin was now on skin. From behind, Jamie could see his half-awake band mate was now sitting up, moving his mouth to Jamie's ear.
"Stay." His voice barely a whisper, Kyle spoke into Jamie's ear.
Jamie could feel himself redden as he layed back down, his waist still captive under the control of his friend.
He looked down for a minute before looking back up. "Kyle, I-"
He stopped, seeing Kyle was already asleep again.
Jamie moved slightly closer to Kyle, making sure to not move his hands from his body. He sighed as he looked at the boys face, it gleaming in the moonlight that was pouring fron their window. Although a bit messy at the moment, his hair was swept so that it looked naturally good. His skin looked smooth and soft to the touch. His lips-
Jamie frowned to himself.
Shit.
I think I'm inlove with Kyle.
