"Husko and Mako"

*Early one morning on a humble Us army base in early 2025*

Mako wakes up at 7am a bit sore. Today was the first day of his few days off.

He spent the last few days in the field training and handling heavy equipment with his unit

But now he was at his home with his girl

Mako turned around and saw his Girlfriend Husko sleeping next to him cuddling her pup Sadie protectively, Sadie being nestled into Husko's thick fluffy fur under the big blanket

Mako smiled at them and kissed them both on their snoots

Mako sat up slowly with a wince and stretched, letting out a mighty yawn

Husko opened her eyes slowly and yawned

"Morning sunshine! Hehe" said Mako with a kind smile lying back and facing her

"Morning babe.." Said Husko closing her eyes a little again and bringing Sadie a little closer to her and smiling

"How did ya sleep?" Mako asked softly

"Good. So did Sadie. She hasn't slept this well since before you left." Said Husko opening her eyes again giving another smile

"Aww she missed me huh!" Said Mako

"She sure did! Hehe." Said Husko

Mako gave a warm smile and kissed them both again and wrapped his arms around them

"I love you both with all my heart!" Said Mako nuzzling them both

Husko smiled warmly and nuzzled her pup and boyfriend back

Mako tried to sit back up but winced due to his entire body being sore and tender

"Easy does it hun! Just relax today ok? The field must've done a number on you!" Said Husko

"Alrighty babe.. it always does.. but as long as I know I'm keeping you guys safe I'm happy." Mako said giving a smile as he laid back with a grunt

Husko and Mako kissed and decided to go back to sleep! They later had a nice breakfast and a relaxing day!

Mako was so grateful for Husko and her dedication and love. And giving him the life he always wanted. Husko was truly his soulmate 💙
