[Albert's Pov]
" this is lana" "this is Kirsten"
I've woken up from probably the best sleep I've had lately. When I grab my phone to check the time I noticed that Jake was still sleeping so I decided to hang up the call. It was only 6, only three hours of sleep? But I felt so rested. Anyways I had to get dressed for the day. I think I'll call over my friends today.

[Pov change to Jake's pov]
I wake up from my alarm, ugh I hate waking up this early but I gotta do what I gotta do to see him.
I finally got the plane tickets to Florida to go see him, we haven't seen each other in years. Well at least in real life.
My plane left in 6 hours so I gotta get packing. It'll take me at least an hour to get there so I better pack quickly.

Time skip to the airport brought to you by my inability to write well ᰔ ( still Jake's pov  btw)

I finally get off my plane, finally back in Florida, Finally able to see him again.
I grab my bags from the baggage claim, and rent a car from a local car rental. Before starting the car I text Albert
"Hey bitch get ready"
Then I start the rental and drive my way over, luckily I still remember his address from when we met last.
As I drive I suddenly realized that im still two hours away from his house. So I decided to turn on the radio since there's nothing else to do, when I turn it on a song played called 'light shower'? I guess. But as I started listening to it and it's turns out it's pretty good.
I start singing along to the song I barely know and mess up a bunch of the lyrics.

[Albert's pov]
*Knock Knock Knock*
Me, Lana's, and Kirsten's, head turned towards the door. "I'll go get it"
Me and Lana stare at Kirsten as she walks towards the door and opens it
"Uh hello?"
"Uhm hi? Is albert here?"
"Hey uhhh... Albert someone is here for you"
I get up and walk to the door leaving Lana on the couch with our movie paused, I walked to the door an I immediately saw my favorite person. 'JAKEEEEEE' I yell as I ran to give him a hug.
"Hey surprise I came to Florida for the week" he said hugging back not as hard as I was hugging him but still hard.

[Jake's pov]
I miss him, I missed him a lot. But I can't tell him that he'll think I'm weird.
'I missed you' when he said that I felt my face get warmer, warmer than it already is.
"I uh missed you too" when I said that I felt him blow out a breath I didn't even know he was holding.

[Kirsten's pov]
I watch as Albert pushed me aside to hug this guy who's apparently named Jake? Idk.
I decided they could use a moment so I signaled to lana to go to the kitchen with me and she gladly got up and went with me.
"So who was that? Albert seemed pretty excited to see him"
"It's this guy named Jake. Do you know much about him? Me and Albert really just started being friends."
"Oh that's Jake? Albert has told me almost everything about that man, he literally never shuts up about him. I'm surprised you've never heard about him before."
"He's always like 'oh Jake said this.' Or 'Jake said that' ect..." Lana said in a mocking tone.
"Really?!"
"Every day"
"Rip"
'Lana!? Kirsten?! Where'd u guys gooooo' I hear Albert yell from the living room.
"I uhh... I just asked Lana to come help me get some snacks from the kitchen"
'Oh ok, well get the snacks and come back here I want you to meet jake'
"Uhhh ok we'll be out in a second"
I look over to Lana and she has the biggest smile on her face.
"What?"
"I'm excited. I was starting to think Jake wasn't real at this point!"
"Mhm ok than, let's grab some chips so it doesn't make us seem like we weren't doing what we were actually doing. You know?"
"Yeah I do know"
We grab snacks and head back to the living room.

Hihihihihihi people's I'll try to update all throughout the rest of this month and August except on the 6th and the 28th of next month and after the 28th I might not update as much as I am now bc school. But I hope u enjoyed and I hope u have a great day / night
