I just found out my mom found a better paying job in New York, so now we have to move there.

I'm not looking forward to leaving my friends, but my mom said it would be a good experience for me, and I trust her.

I love my mom a lot she's always been there when I needed her, so if she tells me something (that's believable), then I'll believe her.

So the next day when I went to school I told my friends that I'll be moving in 1 month little did I know 1 month would fly by fast.

That month, we had been packing boxes and getting ready to leave.

The end of the month was in 2 days, so we were finishing up, and I told my friends that I would be gone in 2 days.

We were all really upset, but I was excited, too.

When the day came, everyone put the stuff in the moving truck, and we got in the car and started our journey.

We drove all day, and all night, we finally got there around noon the next day.

When we got there we started to get boxes in the house which was huge.

After we got most of the boxes in the house and the beds and couches where they went which took us about 2 and a half hours we sat on the couch and watched a movie then ate dinner and got ready for bed.

Everyone passed out because of the long day we had just had.

When I got up in the morning I went to take a better look at the house then I went to the yard which was pretty big.

When I got inside, I saw my mom and my sister getting breakfast ready. We had waffles and berries for breakfast.

After we were done, we started setting up our rooms. We got the rest of the boxes out of the truck and finished putting things away, which felt like it took forever.

Finally we went to walk around the town, it was so cool there were many places to see. There was a café and a store just down the street. We even walked to the school, which wasn't that far. It was a pretty big school compared to the one I went to.

I could tell my siblings were excited but nervous. I did what I could to not show how nervous I was.

Once we got home, we had dinner, got ready for tomorrow, and went to bed.

The next day, I went for a walk around the block and met one of my neighbors her name was Elly she was so nice. We went to the park down the street, and I told her that I was new and had moved from Florida. She asked me how it was there and I said it's really hot in the summer but it is rarely cold in the winter.

We instantly became friends we were so alike and we had so much fun together.

The next day, I knew I had to go to school, so I was kinda nervous, but Elly told me it wouldn't be that bad.

That night, I went to bed early, but I was so nervous I barely slept.

Hey guys, I hope you like this story so far. I just started to this is my second story and its going to be much different from my last one so with is the first long story i have ecer writen It's not easy to write, and I can't tell you when I would update buy I'll try to make the updates quick if I get some readers.
