Chapter 5: The dorms!

The school has set up a dorm system after the recent attacks from the League of Villians.

So.. i get to see Uraraka everyday now?

(Timeskip: After setting up their dorms)

[FYI: I didn't copy exactly from the episode when this happened. In this story, they've already got their provisional hero license. Oh, and, in this story, Bakugou makes dinner for 1-A, or breakfast and dinner (weekends) for class 1-A.]

"Alright everyone! Let's do a competition to see who will be crowned Dorm King!" Mina said. Me, Hagakure, Sero, Kirishima and Uraraka agreed to it and then it started.

Firstly, we started with Kirishima's dorm. I think it was pretty cool, with a boxing bag inside, too, for training!

Then, we went to Sero's room. It looks amazing, and it feels like having a vacation just being in the room! Even the girls were pretty impressed.

We then went to other rooms on that floor and slowly went to the others, excluding Mineta's, oh and Kacchan's too since he wouldn't allow it.

Uraraka's room was pretty simple, and she didn't make much changes, but i didn't say anything about it, and just smiled, so as not to offend her.

When we reached my room, Uraraka gasped in awe. "Wow, Deku-kun! You have so many All Might figurines and poster! So, you're a fanboy, huh?"

I got embarrassed when she said that. "Y-you can put it that way i guess.."

She smiled. "It looks better than mine, though! I think you put a lot of effort into this!"

I blushed a little from the compliment. "Th-thanks, Uraraka-san." I wanted to tell her that i could help her with her room.. but i couldn't bring myself to say it.

We checked the other rooms. Honestly, Iida's room was really neat and there were a lot of books and glasses there!

Todoroki's on the other hand was a Japanese-style room! It looked like he changed the entire room or was made differently! It's really impressive at how he has the effort and motivation to do this, in only a day

Though, in the end, the one that was crowned the Dorm King was none other than Todoroki himself. Everyone was impressed with his room.

After that, we all decided to get a good night's rest. I brushed my teeth and headed off to my room to sleep.

(Timeskip)

Days passed and it was finally the weekend, where we could get a break from hero work and school. I still had to train, though, so i woke up early, and once Kacchan finished making breakfast for us, i began training.

I trained for maybe an hour or so, practicing to control how much of One For All i can release at once, to not go way over my limit and maybe risk breaking my bones again. I took a short break and drank some water, and then seeing Kacchan walk towards me.

"Oh, hey, Kacchan. Are you going to train as well?"

"Tch, what does it look like?!" The angry blond said as he stood in front of me. "But first, how's your progress with pink cheeks? You haven't given her any more of those stupid gifts?"

Oh, right.. i've been wanting to give Uraraka a gift, but with everything going on lately, i haven't been able to do so.

"Um.. well.. i haven't really bought anything for her so far.."

Kacchan turned around and walked away, taking up the space i was training at. I sighed and headed back to the dorms, to find Iida reprimanding Kaminari and Mineta at the common room.

"..and that should not be the behavior of a UA student! You had almost got reported and would have gotten into trouble!" He scolded them while doing chopping like actions with his right arm, as always. I sat down on the couch, watching Iida still scolding them.

"Looks like the both of them got into trouble again. When will they ever learn?" Yaoyorozu said, holding a plate containing a teapot and a few cups of tea. "Would you like one, Midoriya-kun?"

"Ah, thank you, Yaoyorozu-san." I said as she handed me a cup of tea. After finishing it, i put it down.

"So, now that you'll be.. somewhat, in the same living place as Uraraka-san, you might get to see her often, right? Your chances with her might increase, so, are you planning to make a move soon?"

"A-ah.. w-well.. i don't really know.. I don't think i'm quite ready yet, though. We've only been friends for a few months, and there's still a long way to go. Making an early move also isn't the best move either.. but making a late one also isn't.. i guess i'll just have to find the right time for it.. But when is that right time?"

"Well, Midoriya-kun, the right time is when you think is best to tell her how you feel. Now that you're hesitant, that means that it's not the right time yet. Soon, you'll gradually feel like 'Oh, now's the right time' but you might also feel it in you that it isn't. So, you just have to wait a little more. Patience is the key." She said as she put a hand on my shoulder.

"Thank you, Yaoyorozu-san."

She nodded and walked off. I saw Uraraka preparing to go out with Asui, wearing the flower crown i gave her, which was previously given by Kirishima to me, to- well, give her.

She looked at me and headed towards me. "Hi, Deku-kun! Do you think my outfit is nice? Oh, and i'm wearing the flower crown you gave me!"

She looked amazing, beautiful, cute, and gorgeous. I obviously couldn't say that, so i pulled myself together and tried to cover the redness on my face with my hands

"A-ah, i think the outfit suits you r-really well! Oh, and you have matching outfits with Asui-san?"

Asui spoke up. "Call me Tsu."

"Ahah, yeah, we have matching outfits! Oh, we're going to be late. I'll see you later, Deku-kun!" She said as the both of them trailed off.

I waved back at her. Once she left and was completely out of sight, my face flushed and i was basically screaming inside. Why hadn't i given her a better compliment?! What if she thinks that i'm a bad person?! What if-

"Midoriya-kun, are you okay? You look like you've been hit by a truck." My words were interrupted by Kaminari, who looks like Jirou had slapped him.

"Y-yeah, i'm fine. You look worse."

"Ah.. well, yeah.. long story short, me and Mineta did something and we kinda got into trouble for it.. Jirou-san then scolded me and slapped my cheek kinda hard because she was mad at me for doing that. Why do i get two punishments?! Cmon, that's so unfair!"

"Well, maybe you shouldn't have done what you did."

"Yeah.. (sigh), maybe i shouldn't have.."

Kirishima headed towards us. "Well, you and Mineta are always getting into trouble. Maybe try to get less into trouble and maybe try to do something.. hm, more useful?"

"Wha- hey! You guys always use me as your phone charger! See if i ever charge your phone again!"

The both of us laughed. Well, that was true, Kaminari was always used as a phone charger, especially by Jirou and Kirishima, because of his quirk.

I decided to go out for some fresh air, but while walking through some shops, one thing caught my eye: A book. Not just any book, but a book that i know Uraraka has been looking forward to buy but could never find it.

Of course, i had buy it for her.

I am so sorry that this actually took a long time to make! I've been losing motivation a lot lately, and haven't been getting much ideas. But nevertheless, i'll still try and finish this story.
