Sorry for the bad updates but i've got no more school and it's finally summer so expect way more.I've had such a busy week so far as the first week of the holidays my bike got stolen, my beachut got broken into and i walked 100,000 steps in a day which is 70km/43 miles. Ever since then i've sort of fell into a hole and i know if i don't sort something out i'm going to spend the whole summer rotting. Recently i decided i'm never smoking weed again and started getting back into running although my lungs are fucked and i wondered if anyone had any tips as often i haven't got the same mindset and i need help being consistent in not doing drugs.
Anyway thank you so much for so many votes last chapter and feel free to comment anything :))))
Everyone else felt faraway as Malfoy sat there. The hall was bustling with people but they felt rather ghost like as if Draco could walk right through them and out the great, oak doors. Or perhaps he was the dead one.
Malfoy stilled his thoughts. There was no point living if he didn't act as if he was alive.
That night he accepted Pansy's offer to share a slice of yule log and sung christmas carols loudly as they walked arm in arm back to the common room because if Draco thought Hogwarts was hell the Malfoy manor could not be described.
The train carriages were emptier than three months prior and Malfoy couldn't help but note Harry wasn't among those going home for the holidays. Oh, how he wished to be in the brunette boy's shoes.
Narcissa was waiting at the station and greeted him with a simple nod. Draco looked for a hint of affection in her eyes but found them to be dull and empty. He wondered what she'd been up to over fall but he didn't dare ask. She apparated them to the Manor then retreated to her quarters and not a word was spoken.
The fourteen year old stood alone in the entrance hall and found it to be disappointingly empty. No one had bothered to even hang a piece of Holly or tie up some mistletoe.
Draco wasn't sure how long he stood there with his case in one hand and mind strangely empty but the sky grew dark and lunch and dinner slipped by.
"Elf, take Draco's belongings to his room and repack his case once everything is clean".
The weight of the trunk left his fingertips and Malfoy's shoulder drooped slightly.
"Isn't it a little early?" Draco questioned, risking a slap. There came no reply but he never really expected one.The slytherin was still a moment longer before following Lucius to his study.
"I do not enjoy hurting you, Draco but when you behave as you have this term you make it rather impossible not too," His father begun, feigning some type of regret or apologeticness for what was about to incur.
"It seems no matter how much I beat you, you still refuse to behave and as I am a rather busy man. I hope you can forgive me when i cannot spend all my time disciplining you. Malfoy's never ask for help however it is difficult to resist an offer from someone with such a similar world view and mindset," Lucius explained, "You are to spend the next two weeks with your aunt,".
The older man handed him a bucket of floo powder and Draco suddenly regretted not making more of an effort to speak to his mother earlier or even visit his room.
"Cimetière du Père-Lachaise,".
Malfoy repeated his father's words as he had done for all these years and threw down the powder disappearing from the fireplace in a flash of green flames.
"He's here," Bellatrix sung and Malfoy was greeted by a black haired witch and her husband- Rodolphus Lestrange.
"Thank you for having me, Auntie Bella,".
