Amberline sat down day dreaming of going on an adventure with her horse which she named "crystal". She was the most happiest princess in the world when her father gifted her a horse on her fifteenth (15th) birthday. She could only ride on her inside the Castle walls. She was never allowed to leave the Castle walls without escortees which lowered her spirit and decided not to go anymore.
But tommorow would be her eighteenth (18th) birthday and she was going to ask her father to let her go out with Crystal. She stood at the front of the king's study, and knocked at the door gently no one would've heard the knock, but Astely did.
"Come in" the voice of the king was heard at the other side of the door. Amberline opened the door and stepped inside tremblingly because she knew her father could not grant her wishes but she gotta try. "Good evening father" she said it almost like a whisper, "seat" Astely motioned his hand to take a seat. "Father" she began" father I want a gift for my birthday" she said looking away and staring at something far away "is there anything you say and I've never done?, Say the word and I'll get it done".
God now she had to think of something to counter her plan
"Father I want to go out on crystal alone, outside the palace walls by myself Father would you be able to grant that wish" Amber said with uncertainty in her voice." Amberline yoodef Astely you can't leave the Castle gate there is danger outside lurking everywhere, I have enemies that could use anything to get to me you can't go out by yourself" Astely tried to explain to amberline " but your majesty I as the princess do not even know anywhere in Daceria not even to the market your majesty"Amberline tried to defend her point "you would go nowhere and that is final get ready to meet prince Alphonse"and with that he left the study.
Amberline finally left with a depressing feeling " I'm getting married" she thought" no I can't, it's not possible no I can't get married" she told her mother the queen Gamila , but all she could do was follow the orders of the emperor.
She sat down on her bed thinking of what to do most of the things of the stories she read the princesses had an adventurous lives, but she, she was tied and bounded in a room where no everyone forgot about her, if that's how a princess was supposed to be then she doesn't want to become one anymore and in the process of thinking, she fell asleep.
