Near the musutafu center a person could be seen standing on top building, looking down towards the pedestrian. While looking towards the pedestrian the guy spot two heroes patrolling around the area. Upon seeing those heroes a big smile appeared on the person face.
???: Time for some action.
With Izuku
Presently izuku could be seen sitting on swing in a playground looking towards the sky with no thoughts in his head. It's been 2 weeks since he kicked shoto's and katsuki's ass, but what's important was that he didn't get in trouble because he vanished from the scene before the teacher could see them, though the only reason teachers thought logically because izuku pays the the principal some money every now and then, otherwise the teacher would have blamed izuku without any second thought.
As izuku stands up from the swing he thinks about how there's nothing interesting happening around him, the only interesting thing that happened was toshinori or his father leaving the country because of work.
Izuku: Maybe I should-
Before izuku could complete his sentence he hears the sound of helicopters and upon hearing that sound izuku looks and saw two helicopters going somewhere. Upon a closer look Izuku realizes that those helicopters belonged to news channels.
Izuku: But where are they going?
At Musutafu city center
At the city center everything was in chaos buildings were broken, everything was on fire and each and every single person was either screaming for help or running towards the safer area and in that chaos, a tall and muscular person could be seen walking out of the flames with a big smile on his face.

Goto: is this really all you heroes have to offer? I'm kinda disappointed.
After Goto says that he gets hit by a constant stream of water which didn't do much except push him back a little, after few seconds goto starts getting annoyed and block the the water stream via his hand and rushes towards the heroes, who moves out of the way in order to dodge the attack.
Goto: Come on, Are you guys really just dodge and attack, dodge and attack? Fight me head on will ya?
As Goto completes his sentence one of the hero went for attack but before he could Goto comes in front of him and punched him in the face which sends the hero flying backwards.
Water hosu hero: Honey!!
Goto: Aww are you sad that I punched your husband away? If so then why don't you come take revenge for that?
After goto says that he rushes towards the hero and grabs her head but before he could do anything, he gets hit by a stream of water. This causes the goto to look toward were the water stream came from and saw an injured water hose hero. Upon seeing the hero goto look the hero he was holding and
Goto: Clench your teeth.
After goto says that he slammed the head of the hero on the ground, when the other water hose hero sees that his eyes went wide and he rushes towards goto and went for a close range attack but goto grabs his hand before he could do anything.
With president
Presently the president was sitting in front of T.V watching the fight that was taking place at the musutafu city center. Suddenly the door of the room she was in opens up and her secretary enters the room, seeing the secretary the president asked
President: So what did the other heroes said?
Secretary: They said they will help but the closest hero is about 15 to 20 minutes away from their area.
President: 15 minutes? Both of them might die before the other heroes could even reach them.
Secretary: Maybe we should try calling echo.
President: Him? I don't think that's a good, we don't know, whether he can defeat goto or not? And even if he does manages to defeat him, we are not sure what he'll do to the injured heroes.
Secretary: You're correct Mam but even if he can't defeat goto, he can at-least buy some time m, so that other heroes can arrive and i don't think he can defeat goto in 15 minutes.
President: Maybe you're right.
With izuku
Currently izuku could be seen inside a convenience store standing in front of the cashier looking at the news while eating crisps. Suddenly he hears his phone going off, he takes his out of his pocket and saw, it was an unknown number.
Izuku: umm hello.
President: hello.... Echo?
Izuku: Ohh hey miss president.
President: Echo... we need your need. You may have already seen the news-
Izuku(smirks): I don't wanna.
President: what?! But you-
Izuku: alright let's just say that I helped you out, but what happens after that? You're so called heroes will probably go after me? And I don't gain anything from helping you, unless you give me a hero license that is.
President: *sighs* Fine. You will get your hero license in 3 days.
Izuku: Ohh and don't forget.
President: Yes. Your will be in the top 10.
Izuku: Now that's what I like to hear! Pleasure doing business with you miss president.
President: Okay. Now tell me how long will it take for you to be there.
Izuku: 2 to 3 minutes max
With goto
Goto: How pitiful. Even though they already know that you guys are no match for me, they haven't send anyone to save you.
After goto says that he picks up a huge debris from the ground and was about to throw it towards the heroes but before he could, he suddenly hears a faint of music and slowly by slowly the music gets louder and louder until it was predictable where the sound came from.
Goto then turns towards the direction of the sound and saw a person standing on top of building behind them wearing black body armor and a head gear.
