Chapter Six

Esteban's POV

I felt some sort of guilt for taking two innocent people and making them go through such a traumatic event. From the way ebony had puked and fainted, i was sure it was her first time seeing such gruesome things. The Uber driver whose name i found out was Gil had thought we would kill them after i had killed Moreno's spy. "Take her to the car." i said to my men after holding Ebony's limp body.

Her mouth was ajar and it made my mind wander about the things i could do with her mouth. My men picked her up from my hands and this angered me greatly but i had been the one who instructed them to take her. I couldn't let myself show vulnerability over a woman i didn't know. I pinched the bridge of my nose to distract myself from the anger i was feeling, i turned to face a shivering Gil. "I'm not gonna kill you Gil." He let out a breath of relieve. "all of this have been a misunderstanding although i will still be undergoing investigations to be a 100 percent sure" he nodded his head frantically. "my men will drop you off in your car and there you'll find, a million dollar check." His eyes widened in shock but he said nothing waiting for me to finish. "Lets call it a compensation for the inconvenience we've caused you." I gestured towards his bandages. "on no occasion should you mention all that happened here to anyone not even your wife, if you do, I'll give you things to mourn about."
" yes..sir..i wont tell a soul."
"Now you had an accident, i saved you and gave you a million dollars in compensation for ruining your car and breaking a few of your bones, that will be the story you tell, as to why you have been missing for the past 24 hours, just tell you wife you just woke from a coma."
"yes...sir"
"What happen to you?" I asked wanting to see if he got the message i was trying to convey.
"i got into an accident and my car go..ot ruined and the man who hit me took me to the hospital and compensated me for the...the loss" he gulped.
"That's good Gil, my men are gonna take you home." I turned to leave the cell and walked to my car, there my men waited for me. "I'll take her home, just guard the perimeter. I don't want to kill another Moreno rat today."
"yes boss." They bowed slightly before walking towards a black Rolls Royce packed behind my Ferrari and entered, following closely behind me as i zoomed off. I gripped the steering tightly and turned my head to observe Ebony's face. She was a beauty, perfect dark skin and short full hair, she had put them in cornrows but i wanted them loose so i could rap my hands around them. I couldn't wait to watch her walk because from her thick legs i was sure she had a big ass and perfect hips, my cock twitched and i pinched the bridge of my nose. I glanced at my watch and realized i still had enough time to get ready for the dinner.
I got to her neighborhood and dropped her in her room. I looked around the shabby apartment and scrunched my nose in disgust. It was clean but very small....to small for my liking. Only room's balcony was bigger than the whole apartment. Her bed was small and had cute flower patterns on the mattress, by the bed was a table which was also just next to the door. She didn't seem to own a wardrobe as i couldn't sight one in the room. I saw two big luggage and a few shoes arranged beside them and i figured that must be that must be where she kept her clothes. I smirked as i saw two white lace panties on her bathroom door which was next to the only window in the room. I convinced myself that since i had plans to drop some money for her, there was no harm in stealing just one or maybe both panties. I grabbed both of them and sniffed them, Damn i thought to my self, i wanted this woman in my bed. I put them in my pocket and peeped through the window. Kids, homeless junkies, drunk men and women littered the streets, i hated her staying here as this was one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in LA.

I dropped an envelope filled  with cash and a millionaire dollar check by her window. I figured she would need some cash. I gazed at her unconscious body on the bed and fuck all i wanted at this moment was to take her right here and now. I sat on the bed and it creaked, i chuckled to my self, she definitely needed a new bed.
I looked at her door and remembered i had to a dinner to attend. Glancing at my watch, i realized i had 4 hours left to get ready, my house was an hour 35 minutes drive and it would take me an hour to shower an get ready, the only thing i hoped wouldn't make me late was traffic.
I caressed her cheek and she stirred slightly, i figured she would wake up soon and walked out of the room, closing the door quietly. I hopped into my car and drove off, i glanced at my side mirror and saw my men following closely behind. I knew that snake would have been informed of our arrival to his territory and i hoped he wouldn't harm Ebony. From the files i had read, she was a Nigerian and her name was Abeni. It was a struggle for me to pronounce her name and i groaned wondering why i gave a shit about learning to pronounce the name of a woman i barely fucking knew. My mind kept slipping to the images of her sleeping on the little foam-bed in the cell. I had watched from the CCTV camera, like a predator would its prey. Watching how she turned and turned for hours before finally falling asleep, how she flinched at the slightest noise and how she cried. I felt like a crazy maniac because i felt delighted, wanting to be the only man or reason she would ever cry or smile. She wasn't the type of woman i was accustomed to but she intrigued me. I couldn't get her off my mind ever since i set my eyes on her. I guess i just needed some sex to get her off my mind, the dinner i was attending would be filled with beautiful women for me to choose from so i guess that was all i needed. I accelerated and sped immediately i got on the highway, zooming off not giving a damn if my men could keep up or not.
I typed into my phone telling my men to make sure the security of the estate was tight, i didn't want a mafia don and his family being exterminated in my home or former home. In as much as i feared no one, having an all out war with the Italian cartel wasn't what we could afford at the moment. Our Mafia wasn't in the right state to go into war. We had enemies sure but they know they couldn't cross our boundaries. We were vulnerable at the moment yes but they knew we would destroy half their organization before we would go down and no one would want to loose years of blood and sweat on us.
